Change of plans
Due to the current situation in the Middle East,we needed to change our planned holiday. Over the course of the last week or two, I've made many visits to the shop and have seen/spoken to quite a few of the staff about this. Each and every one of them has been so patient, so helpful and so knowledgeable, I can't fault them. Elaine and her team are all fabulous! Special mention to Ruby who most of my dealings have been with, but a huge 'thank you' to each and every one of them

I’ve booked with you a few times
