Michelle who booked our holiday for us was fantastic despite being the only staff member on duty who was qualified to take bookings.Michelle showed a great deal of commitment in finding our perfect get away despite the pressure of having several other customers waiting.It was a pleasure to be dealt with by Michelle who was polite and very knowledgeable despite the obvious pressure she was under.
