Very unprofessional behaviour from travel junction team.As there flight price are cheaper than other website but there after service is very bad. I booked my flights from them and then I asked to add extra luggage and also paid for that. When I went for boarding they agent told me there is no extra baggage added in your reservation so I have to pay extra again at boarding. Now its been more than 6 months asking them for my refund and no one get back to me yet. Everytime they are like someone will contact me. I would not recommend anyone to book flights from them. Very disappointed.

I tried to complete my booking three times but had trouble with the payment. After giving up I got a call from TravelJunction. I was helped through the process by a helpful young man who gave me directions as to what the payment issue was, and how to fix it. He was helpful in everyway explained clearly all my questions and had me booked with tickets in my email account promptly. I give this company 5 stars, releaving my stress level and getting me booked in a calm professional manner. First time customer. Wondering why the info appears on the website if it isn't accurate
I did appreciate that someone called yesterday to have feedback. The thing is that I booked a flight with UAirlines to Ireland, Oct. 10-19 at a fair price. I was called by Click2book and was told that the flight wasn't available and had to find another option with a good amount of pressure to make a quick decision. I ended up paying 50$ more for a later return date, which will require that I pay more during my stay and accommodate my schedule and that of my family. So I cannot say that this was a positive experience. I would very much appreciate to have some kind of compensation for this adaptation required from me.
