HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Avoid using them at all cost. Definitely not worth the hassle just to save a few bucks.
I booked my tickets but never got my confirmation until days later after continuing to follow up. They charged me right away and didn’t give me my ticket. I called them and they put me on hold for 2HOURS while claiming that it’ll only take them a couple of minutes to pull up my booking details. I will NEVER use the company again. I wish I never did. You’ve been warned.

Fake e-tickets and lies
making fake e-tickets and lie openly by email.
SO : For all of the costumers that have been scamed as follow :
You buy a ticket.
They confirm you the flight.
They call you afterwards to tell you that the price has change meaning that they didn't give you the right price from the beginning or that the plane was full. In other words they lied to you in order to sell you other fights or make you pay extra charges assuring that you can not annul the contract with them anymore.
Or they make changes without prior comunication, give you fake e-tickets or false email confirmations in order to make you pay extra charges for new changes.
You can go to the web site of econsumer.gov
And fill an official complain. You won't be the only one and hopefully they will stop scamming people.
Apparently there are only two persons engaged in the real company. All the other Theo, Leo... are external employees that ... well lie as a matter of fact and make fake e-tickets. Look for comments on how they scam clients and you will be surprised.
Should you be interested in making a group legal complain contact me as I'm already preparing mine.
And this is a special message for the automatic external repliers, if you are truly looking for the file, check the emails with Ms Kim Foster as well as with you mailbox to find my registered mail sent to your London office. If you didn’t answer those I don’t think you have the intention to answer this complain either. But I should say nice online public display… how convenient.

Absolute and utter scam
Same as some other reviews, bought the 600$ ticket, and a few minutes later I get called to "Confirm" my plane ticket for an additionnal 400$
No matter if legit or not, what the hell is that business model???

Avoid for you’re own mental health
Most useless helpline I have ever encountered, they may be good at selling tickets but god forbid you encounter any difficulties or have to make any changes. One week away from going to Japan with my brother and after we paid a 300$ fees for a small change, there is no new e-tickets to be found. We called dozen of times sent countless emails !!! As we do not live in Canada we had to pay some extra 130$ to call because they kept hanging the phone !!! This is insane please avoid at all costs unless you’re looking for a very expensive emotional rollercoaster.

SCAM-DONT EVER USE IT
SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COST!
Purchased a fare, did not get the reservation ticketed. Upon calling I was told fare price was increased.
1. CLASSIC BAIT AND HOOK TECHNIQUE
Since the reservation could not be ticketed, I was offered alternative flight (ofcourse expensive) and asked to pay fare difference. Upon deciding not to go with that option I was told that my money is with the airline. Airline says they don't have my money since the reservation isn't ticketed.
Called TravelJunction again and they asked me to proceed with cancellation and pay a CANCELLATION FEE
So all in all this website is run by a bunch of scammers waiting to gouge out more money by using unfair trade practices.

Had a horrible experience with them for ticket reservation, not recommended at all!
First of all, the reservation process is a trick, you will not pass trough confirmation step, as soon as you put your credit card info and click on next, it is done! you can not even go through seat selection, etc.
The worse thing is that the price that you see on their web is not the final price, right after charging you they will call you saying that oh sorry this price is not avaiable anymore, you should pay 1000$ more or so!!! just imagine! and if you decline and ask to cancel the reservation, they do not accept that, saying that it is not refundable !!! It is a fraud, a complet fraud, they should not be allowed to treat people like this, shame on them!

Flight return back was changed whilst I…
Flight return back was changed whilst I was booking so rather than returning on the afternoon flight I am now on the morning one. The price is OK but I would have been happier if the afternoon flight had been up-held without an extra charge for changing.
