Scammed
After two hours of booking and purchasing the tickets, they told me they overbooked and changed without consulting me. They changed the travel time and flights without telling me. Then they charged me extra $400. They didn’t tell me what they did until I called to ask about something. Then they said “Oh sorry, we overbooked, so we changed your tickets. You have to pay extra $400.” I tried to cancel, but they told me I had to pay the penalty fee. They looped me and scammed me.

My experience is the same as the majority of others, after you pay for the tickets you get a phone call that they can't honor the price and then try to sell you another ticket at a higher price and won't refund the money that you've already spent. This site is such a scam that my bank flagged the transaction as fraudulent and contacted me prior to releasing the funds for the purchase.

This agency is disaster
This agency is disaster, they sell tickets with conditions that don't exist( with big discount) and they try to add on to the price to reach the price. They are selling cheap tickets with hidden fees and than they are lying about airline policies and procedures.

This company lies and are scammers.
This company lies and are scammers.. Books the flight and then tells you that the flight you booked has been cancelled/changed and it now costs more. They charged me for luggage and then I found out that luggage needs to be paid through airline. I hounded them until a "manager" finally spoke to me. I was to send receipts for luggage to them and they would refund me - still waiting since my return 6 March. LOL Travellers beware!
14-May-2024 - I have sent a copy of your reply to you via email at info@ name.ca in the string of emails I have already sent you without getting any response. Both to Chris@ and to info@. I have called, and on hold for up ot 30 minutes before being hung up on. I have left messages when someone has actually answered the phone - but it was because I used a different phone number rather than my own, which meant you did not see my name in call display. LOL Will you actually respond to me? My phone calls are not returned, my emails are not responded to, and it is easy for you to put a nice reply online, and then do not follow through - again. If you actually follow through and provide me the payment you promised, I will change this review.
