Had dealings with Paula, the advisor who got back to me after my initial enquiry, and from start to finish was extremely helpful.
She was also very patient as there was a delay between first enquiry and actual booking as there were a few things that we had to arrange prior to booking.
She also provided numbers for after sales & on resort emergency numbers.
We also asked about payment schedules and she explained the various methods of paying, the important dates to remember.
All in all Paula provided excellent service from start to finish of our booking process and I would have no problem referring friends & family to Paula.

They are meant to make booking easier for you and expect to pay a little more for the help, but both times we have used them, they have caused us extra costs, stress and a lot of wasted time.
I would avoid this company, they promise something, in our case a villa and twice now they have moved us last minute with no options or proper communication, to no where near where we wanted to stay (to be close to amenities and attractions). We got moved 15 miles away which involved an extra 40 minute drive each day during peak times.
Once they have your money, they don't care. Not their problem anymore.
They have messed up car rentals previously, and adding an extra passenger onto our bookings also (an infant booked onto its own booking themself, which obviously flags at every airport).
Its all about money and not customer satisfaction.

Used Travel planners twice to book my Florida trips and had no faults with them at all. Sean was a massive help in giving me different options to choose from and was quick with responses and guidance throughout the process!

TravelPlanners sorted my holiday to Walt Disney world Florida. They got me a great price the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, always available to chat to. Flight with BA, car hire with hertz, stayed at Pop Century resort and sorted my Disney tickets. We didn't have any problems or issues, all round excellent service. I have used TravelPlanners before and I will certainly come back again.

Paula has been absolutely amazing in organising our trip to Florida. She was patient and didn’t rush us to make a decision. We went back and fore because we couldn’t decide on a hotel or villa. She came up with a week in each which gives us the best of both. We will definitely use this company again. Thank you

I have booked many holidays over the years through TravelPlanners and they have always gone according to plan. Well thought out and competitively priced. Paul Corderoy is my go to guy. I ping over my thoughts on my next adventure and he brings them to life. Simply can’t fault it.

From the start of the booking of our holiday Paul was so helpful, knowledgeable and helped plan the perfect trip. We travelled to Las Vegas then San Francisco and finally New York. Everything went seamlessly, from flights to hotels. It certainly was a trip of a lifetime. Thanks to travelplanners four very happy travellers . Happy to say we are going back in 2027 and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Our dream trip began with Paula who had been really helpful during the initial booking process. Though our trip to California was booked over 12 months ago, we were still able to make changes to our itinerary in between. A special thanks to Michelle Hadjipavlis who made those changes happen. We have just returned from an epic road trip where there were no issues or obstacles with booked hotels and car hire. Everything ran like clockwork. Thank you to the pre-sales and after sales teams for making it happen. TravelPlanners would not have been one of my choices to book my holiday but it seems I have found a tour operator that provides great customer service and value for money. Thank you once again.

We just booked a trip with Paula at Travel Planners and she made it very easy. We wanted to do a road trip from Boston to Orlando and we are staying in some amazing places and cannot wait for our trip !!

We booked our once in a lifetime trip to Disneyworld, Universal, Miami and a cruise around Bahamas and Caribbean with Megan who was great after liaising with other travel agents as Travel Planners provided us with the accommodation we wanted, with the number of days in each location we requested with transfers (most although we was told all) included.
Our holiday was booked over a year in advance so we had many changes over the course of time and the team were great in relation to changing things as to how we wanted.
It was our first time going to Disneyworld and I was completely lost, the absolutely lovely Jorden was available to put me at ease and at one point I think I called her every week for advice which is greatly appreciated.
Would recommend Travel Planners to anyone needing help booking your dream holidays.

Having booked my dream holiday a family cruise, I felt saddened that we had been issued an obstructed balcony view! Basically a life boat covering half the view

This was not explain to me and that unless I booked a guaranteed balcony I had this risk!

The operations director had little concern and not willing to help

Would never use this service again I had been on 3 other cruises and this has never happened as it was very clear! I wanted a guaranteed balcony ! Which I got but the obstruction should have been explained! I’m in the room now you get a breeze but mainly looking at a lifeboat ! Sticking to a local agent moving forward

Sean is so helpful and knowledgeable and really went out of his way to get me the best deal for our Florida trip next year.
