We really apologize if you faced issues with our service. Although, we have checked your booking details; you booked with us on 09/05, you called us the same day to get the booking cancelled due to some family emergency. On 09/07, we issued a full refund, and you must have received it by now.
We will still try to find out why you faced difficulties while cancelling the booking.
