Our Spirit flight from Chicago to Florida was cancelled due to weather conditions and that put our vacations in jeopardy, since I can not move the dates of vacation.
Called the Spirit line and were taken care of by Jordan, who was very kind and did an outstanding job on finding us an alternative flight to FL, as well as refunding us the cancelled leg.
He even called us back to make sure we received all the info.
That was very compassionate on Jordan’s part.
Need more employees like Jordan .
He saved our vacation and we are very grateful for that.
