Excellent & Efficient Service
TR Davies was efficient, clear and responsive in doing our Level 2 Home Buyers survey - they were upfront and clear on timings and delivered exactly according to the agreed dates. They were efficient, communicative and responded to queries same-day. The report was thorough and comprehensive, and they gave speedy feedback when we asked for clarity on certain items.

Above and beyond
Amazing service and would highly recommend to anyone. Tim and Tracy are very professional, clarity every step of the way. The structural survey (level 3) and report back was carried out swiftly, at a very competitive rate and extremely in depth of detail. Will certainly use again for any survey needs in the future. Thanks again both.

I cant thank Tim and his staff enough…
I cant thank Tim and his staff enough for helping me through the complicated process of buying my first home. The office staff were very friendly, and really helped me to understand the process. I was making a large purchase, and tim was so thorough, and even called me afterwards to talk through some of the points raised in the survey.
Such a lovely local business. This is hopefully now my forever home, but i definitely recommend this surveying business to all.

Extremely, poor service.
TR Davies' recent survey of our home, prior to purchase, was misleading and factually incorrect. He displayed poor observation skills and lack of professional rigour and left us exposed to financial loss. Despite guidance from RICS about his future conduct, he continues to refuse to accept any culpability, or to offer any compensation.

The review by Mr Harper is pernicious and factually incorrect. Neither the RPSA or the governing body, the RICs upheld any element of his complaint.
