First order with Trekitt.... They had a huge discount on Fjallraven backpack that I wanted (I wasn't fussed about colour). Ordering process was easy and arrived quickly.... Ordered late afternoon on a Tuesday and arrived with me on Thursday morning. Excellent service and would definitely order from Trekitt again.

Great prices and items, good delivery options!
I started ordering from Trekkit last year and have found the process very easy and smooth. I can order to be picked up at my local DPD collection point which is great. Prices are competitive with both sale and promotions. I also like the rewards program they offer, although I have not yet used my points yet - saving them up at the moment.
Have managed to get some great bits of kit at good prices, including a Fjallraven fleece and a Black Diamond sun hoodie which was amazing on a three week trip, practically lived in it!
As another reviewer posted, I enjoy watching Trekkit's YouTube channel, would recommend. Great mixture of technical infomation presented in an simple and engaging way.
Will definitely order again soon, thanks Trekkit!

Reeking of indifference
I selected and paid for next-day delivery when ordering from Trekitt, but due a glitch on their website, my order was processed as a 3-5 day service, which I only noticed after checkout.
As the trousers were urgently needed for an overseas trip, I contacted customer services straight away.
First response said ‘nobody else had had this experience’ re not getting next day service when clicking on relevant button on their website, thus rendering my experience ‘invalid or inaccurate’.
Second response was equally unhelpful and non-committal, offering no real solution other than returning the item if it arrived late — or not at all.
The lack of accountability and indifference I experienced from this company’s customer service team means I won’t be ordering from this company again.

We are sorry that this situation caused frustration, especially with the order being time sensitive for an overseas trip. We completely understand how important next day delivery can be in that scenario.
To clarify, delivery services can only be selected during checkout. Once an order has been placed and dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping method. By the time you got in touch with us, the item had already left our warehouse, which limited the options available to our team at that point.
Our customer service team is always here to help and to work through issues where possible. They do their best to investigate and offer solutions within the options available, but it can be difficult to fully resolve a problem if a conversation is cut short. We always aim for calm, two way communication so we can reach the best possible outcome together.
I am sorry that your experience with us did not meet the standard you expected on this occasion.

Would just like to let everyone know about the fantastic service I have received with treckitt.co.uk.
I received confirmation for my order (Rab Hoody) 1225hrs yesterday, I opted for next day delivery option for £4.99, at 1254hrs I received an email from the warehouse with the invoice and at 1302hrs-less than 40 mins from ordering I was informed by email that the item was on its way.
This morning I received the item which I am extremely happy with. Thanks to Trekitt for a a super efficient service, larger retail companies should take note and I will be highly recommending Trekii to friends and family, and will definitely be using Trekitt in the future.

Best outdoor gear shop, with online to match
I’ve been an online customer of Trekitt for a number of years -they’re a fantastic company to deal with.
They stock great brands at fantastic prices and delivery is quick and hassle free. I’d love to visit their bricks & mortar store in Hereford, but I’m on the other side of the country. They have a YouTube channel where they demonstrate outdoor gear and I find these excellent buying guides. There’s no click bait, no ‘must haves’ , just down to Earth solid advice on best uses and fit of clothing / sizing.
Buy with confidence from Trekitt, they’re a trusted and much needed honest outdoor store.

First class!
Have bought two pairs of Scarpa boots, two Rab jackets and a Montane hat from here, prices were competitive, delivery was super fast and when I had a query they took time to explain things promptly. I was very pleasantly surprised as I hadnt heard of the company before, but I would definitely recommend and purchase from again.

Brilliant customer service
Great service both online and in-store. I have really awkward wide feet and have come away with a great pair of Meindl walking shoes after a trying on several possible pairs during a booked 1x1 fitting.

Bought a jacket from Trekkit last week
Bought a jacket from Trekkit last week, arrived promptly, but sadly it was too small and I missed out on the sale window to order another. The return process is easy with only a simple form to fill.
The only thing I'd change is I would like it if they could do a web return form rather than a paper form, just to save on admin and be more environmentally friendly.
Great website, quick service. As with any online purchase I'd recommend ordering a couple of sizes, sadly I didn't!

Missing order
I had an issue with an order which was a courier issue ... even so I had a very quick response from Joel. He looked into it straight away communicating every step. Although the issue was down to the courier he went ahead to offer me an option of resolutions to the problem. Communication was fantastic, real friendly helpful customer service from start to end. A human being ! Honestly this time of year is manic with parcels /delivery yet my case was handled with patience and empathy to the situation. I find good customer service rare these days and am grateful that Joel picked up my email 😁

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. It’s important we support independent stores and I’m so happy I chose this one.
The product choices are great, as are the prices, but it’s the service that matters. I chose next day delivery and unfortunately Royal Mail didn’t deliver on their end and caused more than one issue.
Thanks to Molly at Trekitt everything was resolved and the product eventually arrived. Things happen, it’s how you deal with it and Molly and the team couldn’t have done more to sort a problem that wasn’t of their making. First class company with first class, personable and professional service!

Willing and helpful staff
Having emailed Trekkit to see about stock availability, Molly was more than helpful and happy to transfer stock in for me to try sizes.
After just having a knee replacement I didn’t want a wasted trip into Hereford, I was able to go in, try on and purchase the perfect fit Rab trousers with ease. The help I received was very much appreciated.
