I've been using Trekitt for a few years…
I've been using Trekitt for a few years now. They have the same gear as many other outdoor shops but the thing that keeps me coming back is the service. If I need something replaced or just return an unwanted item, the team are super helpful (in particular Jacob, who I have spoken to several times).
This attention to service is rare but so welcome.

Great company to buy from
Over the course of this year I have made several orders at Trekitt as I prepared for a trip trekking in Nepal. I live rurally so it isn’t always easy to get to a store to try things on, so online ordering is my preference.
Trekitt have a brilliant selection with many brands, they are clear on the description and sizing of products - I appreciate that they often give the weight of the items too, which is useful if like me you have weight limits on your trip. Delivery is always quick and items are well packaged. On the odd occasion I have had to return an item because it wasn’t right for me, the process was really quick and easy.
I recommend this company to my outdoorsy friends now as they are such good value and easy to use.

I had some confusion with the returns/exchange process, so I reached out to the Customer services team. Big shout out to Joel, who resolved the issue by sending me a pre-paid label for drop-off at my local post office.

Great response to a question I had about something bought
Had a query about a tent I had bought ( for far less than any other retailer was selling it), the query was answered in super quick time and Joel in the support team even went off to check and look at others they had in stock to get me the right answer. When I think about the service I’ve had from other retailers recently it’s night and day. Faultless.

Smooth process
This was my first order with Trekkit and I can honestly say it all went smoothly. Prices were very competitive and delivery was prompt . I was a little apprehensive after reading the reviews about returns and refunds but both my items fit so I didn’t have that experience.

Reasonable prices and fast delivery
I bought an Osprey Farpoint 55 backpack in Muted Space Blue from Trekitt. The price was very good at 152 GBP, other sites at this price didn’t have the blue in stock. I paid extra for next day delivery, which was a very reasonable 5 GBP. I placed the order around lunchtime, received a tracking email, and the pack arrived the next day, beautifully packaged. I would recommend Trekitt to anyone looking for outdoors clothing and equipment
