If I could have given 0 stars I would have done that. Extremely disappointed with the experience of dealing with them. I got an entirely different product. I ordered a light green fitted bedsheet and I got a cheap dark blue blanket. Their customer care number doesn't work and WhatsApp customer care agent via chat told me that they cannot accept returns or exchanges although their return and exchange policy as on the website clearly says that return is possible. This is the worst experience ever. Wish I could post photos here so that more people don't get cheated

Worst company they cheated me with completely different n poor quality product n d customer service person was also rude i have d call recording of it.. I request to take legal action against the company n bring them down.. The product they show n the product they deliver is pathetic

Don't buy any product from hear they will send diffrent product and if you want to return or exchange they will give you the address and you have to send at your own cost

Ordered for Chair cover , they sent a wrong one . On complaining theu informed that they did not have the stock which was ordered so they sent something else.

Extremely poor service and misleading order fulfillment. I ordered a 3 seater (2999/-)+2 seater(2499/-) NON SLIP QUILTED SOFA PROTECTOR MAT cover set, but what I received was completely wrong. One cover is for a 1-seater instead of the 2-seater I paid for and the other 3 seater cover doesn’t fit properly. Delivery took an unacceptable one full month, which already shows a lack of professionalism. After delivery, the seller has been totally unreachable. no response to calls and no replies on WhatsApp. On top of that, there is no return or exchange policy, leaving me helpless after receiving incorrect items. A complete waste of money. Do not recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service is pathetic—no one responds to emails, WhatsApp messages, or even their phone number. There is absolutely no customer support once the order is placed.

I ordered a bedsheet set with pillow covers, but what was delivered was completely wrong. The color did not match what was shown online, only one pillow cover was included instead of the promised set, and the quality of the bedsheet is third-class—far below acceptable standards.

Whatever this company shows on Instagram reels, their website, and other online platforms is purely for display. The actual product quality and service do not match those claims at all. It feels misleading and unprofessional.

Based on my experience, this is a highly unreliable store. I would strongly advise others to stay away. Very poor quality, zero accountability, and third-class service overall.

Ordered on Dec 23th, no response on the status. It just shows "need to pick up". Phone call will not connect to representative, mails will not be answered. A Big Fraud Company, needs to be banned. Beware of such a Scam company, lost 3000rs, don't think so I will get the product or the money back. Should have checked the reviews here instead went by company website reviews.

I was in doubt before ordering. But when I talked with their representative, she explained me very well about my ordered items. And after getting my parcel which was timely shipped and received in well condition. I am much satisfied with quality and design of sofa cover. I recommend to go for shop from Trendize.

this is a fraud company, they take money, don't deliver products neither return the cash,all theren contact details are fraud.

Very very very very poor products they are sending guys ....i ordered recliner sofa cover for 3000 they send me entirely other cheap quality sofa cover ...they not even responding ....please dont purchase any product from trendize ....I list totally 7000 in this trendize....but Hopiko is very best company

This is a Fraud company and another scam. Pls do not buy from them. Similar story like others paid 12 K for sofa covers and they say shipped and very next day at tracking it says cancelled. No one answers the phone / no reply to mails and what up. Bogus people bogus business. Every one has to know about this and dont get doomed like us

Absolute fraud company – please beware!
Whatever they show in their videos and pictures is completely different from what they actually send. I ordered sofa covers and received poor-quality, mismatched products. When I tried to contact customer service, all emails bounced back, nobody responded on WhatsApp, and no one answers calls. There is zero exchange or refund policy.

This company is openly cheating customers and should be shut down. I lost ₹6000 because of their dishonest practices. Please don’t fall for their fake ads and glossy videos — they are misleading and unethical. Most reviews are one star for a reason.

Similar story like all.. no response on order. First it says order was disptached and then cancelled for pick up, Lost Rs 5000/- . No response on support service email, landline no or mobile no. Not sure why this is even registered on Amazon. Amazon should bar them from being even present on their website... Be careful !!!

Not even 1 star these people deserve. Fraudulent brand this is. They don’t really know how to serve customers online. Pathetic experience I’ve had, wasted 7.5k and they don’t even answer any calls.
