Stay away from this company, I placed an order for Egglettes
six weeks age did not get them. They were paid for I asked
for a refund did not get one. Do not order anything from them
they will scam you out of your money

Wish I read these reviews.. same experience as everyone below.. have sent scorching emails and nothing... my wife kidded me when I purchased egglettes that some guy in China has my money and is laughing at me...well she was 100% correct...100% fraud...

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered the egg cups nearly 2 months ago and still do not have them. When I contacted the company, they told me they were moving to a new warehouse...then nothing. I contacted them again and they told me to have patience... This company is ripping people off!!! It's a SCAM!!!

If I could give a negative star review I would. They happily take your money but it seems they don’t ship the order. I have been waiting over six weeks for my order and when I emailed about it the reply has been we are looking into it with the shipper and they would email back. Of course no email. SCAMMERS!

Does anyone have any contact with these rogues (wish I could use other terminology). After taking my money, they have disappeared off the face of the earth as far as client service goes, but continue to try and sell me more fraudulent offers.
I wish they had a physical presence so that I could really show them how I feel.

Never even got the product, dont buy from them. We wrote about it on fb and heaps of other people also said they never recieved the product

Trendy shack sells garbage. Their folding travel mirror only lit one time. The mirror fell off and broke in one use. the mirror was stuck on with double stick tape. I emailed them and they never responded..Price was 49.99 plus shipping. Buyer beware

What a SCAM! Once you order you will start receiving apology excuses for delays and this will continue in an effort you just give up! AVOID buying anything from them at all! Pure scam and no way to call them and writing is a waist of time. I am out 90 usd on two items and will find a way to get friends to insure social media is aware this is a scam shop! Shameful companies like this are set up to steal and defraud individuals. Anyone having information please post here so we can assemble a case and hand over to the police in their country immediately

Very disappointed with LED battery operated mirror.. cheaply made, light is poor. Worst of all, the return policy is onerous! Must return at my own expense to CHINA! Shame on me for not researching before I bought. Never again! Crap product...beware!

BIG, BIG, BIG THIEVES! I ordered at the beginning of last November a Christmas Projector, and until today ( (ca. 3,5 Months) the products has not arrived! They not answer any of my questions, mails. This company took full payment from me for a projector and never sent the product. as they operate over Paypal you have to pay in advance. They are thieves posing as a web based company. DO NOT USE THEM: I try to signal them to the Authority of Internet Commerce in US.

I'm truly sorry to even have to give a one star review of this so called company but that is the only way to get to write something. After all the other bad reviews you may not ever get to mine but just in case you're still considering purchasing from this company please don't waste your time or money....they do not deliver and then they end up with your credit card number! The products are being shipped from China and tell you to wait 3 months. Be careful.

I purchased an item from this company via Facebook - it arrived faulty and despite many emails to Trendy Shack cannot get a response. Totally rubbish company - feel like I've been conned. Wish I'd checked out their customer service reviews before I purchased - lesson learned1

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I was so excited about the stunning products but it has been more than 8 weeks. And when I try and track my order it says they cannot identify the courier. Then Steph answered me and said one of the items had been deliver3ed. When I said that is impossible and that also the courier company Royal doe not operate in South Africa, she answered saying that the shipping address was for UK London!! What the hell???
My shipping address is linked to payment and that went smoothly - OF COURSE!!
So at this stage I want to warn everyone not to buy ANYTHING from TRENDYSHACK!! they do not deliver!!!

Been waiting for a Christmas window projector to arrive since I ordered it from TrendyShack in early November 2017. Thought I would get it before Christmas but that didn’t happen. Been three months now. Sent them an email asking when I can expect delivery a week ago with no reply back. Just sent a second email today asking the same question.

I will do an update as I learn more.

Just to update. I never did receive my order. I had to file a complaint through PayPal. TrendyShack said my order got lost in the mail and that they would only refund my order but not the shipping cost. After telling them that this was unacceptable and that I wanted to be refunded for the shipping cost also they finally agreed and refunded my PayPal account in full. After reading other people’s reviews about TrendyShack and how they were going through the exact same problem as myself I have no doubt that this company is a scam. I believe my order and other people’s orders were never sent out and that TrendyShack is pocketing the so called shipping costs from most people who decide not to fight and demand their shipping costs be refunded. That would add up to a lot of money from a lot of people worldwide. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! You have been warned.

Purchased a mirror that was broken since it arrived. Made numerous phone calls and they were never returned. Took over a month to get it and when it finally came it was junk!

Purchased the Christmas projector in November 2017. Still has not arrived. No answers from staff, they keep saying "it's backlogged". Finally had to call my credit card company and advise that I got scammed to get my money refunded. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

The company claims to deliver to your doorstep. This couldn't be further away from the truth. They deliver to a Post Office. You have to collect the product and stand in ques. This took me 45 minutes in total. This is over and above the 3 month plus it took to deliver the product
