Do not order from them. I ordered my boyfriend a gift for Father's day for June 2018. It's January 2019 and still never received anything in the mail. Contacted customer service in August 2018 they said it was being processed and still nothing. Waste of money.

Advised order was on it's way on 21 November 2017. Nothing has arrived 12 months later and they do not reply to any communications. Looks like a scam. Be very careful with this company.

They suck!!! I've ordered from them and still nothing!!! Ive emailed several times to keep getting the thanks for being patient its on the way... never came I've called left several messages no one will call back!!! I would not order from them!!! Worst to no customers service!!!

Same as others. Product does not work, unable to get them to reply. Web site cannot be found. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

Same as everyone else... I used PayPal and will send them a link to this page to get my (thank god only) 30 bucks back, ordered may 10th, almost three months now and got nothing... will start a petition to get them removed from every reputable online source

Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order May 8th, and still DO NOT have it. They will not refund my money, and keep claiming it was lost in transit and being reshipped. I do not believe them, and am pretty sure I am out my $150.00. So disappointing and sad!!

I placed my order in Nov 2017 and still no product they will not answer any request of mine. order 94966 is lost and so is my money DO NOT deal with this scam company.

I placed an order with them in March 2018. I still don't have my item. They deal with a vendor in China and between them and the vendor it was lost, reordered and I still don't have it. Asked for my money back, I was told no refund. I sent this today to them -

Today is Tuesday, July 24, 2018 and the status for my item tracting hasn't changed at all. We are in a vicious cycle of repeating what was done when the item was initially order and then lost only for it to be reordered by TrendyShack with your vendor in China; and between TrendyShack and the China Vendor you can't get it to me. Your customer who has been waiting since March 2018 for items purchased. I wish we could stop this here and now and just refund my money to me.

Would have given zero stars if that was an option. Ordered an item from them. They sent me a tracking number that showed that no package was ever sent. Then, when I emailed them about it, they made some poor excuses. I then just asked for a refund, since clearly they forgot to send my package. They finally responded to my refund request 4 WEEKS LATER, after the package arrived from a very sketchy looking Chinese warehouse. They would not honor my request. Also, in the mean time, they have been spamming me with emails almost daily, even though I unsubscribed from their emails already.

Money was taken immediately but the product never arrived.

It took 2 months to receive my order and it was broken.

Trendy Shack is apparently scam, and so are the other "Trendy" whatever they call their affiliates. One is enticed to purchase innovative nifty little gadgets at a good price, they accept your payment but never deliver. They actually do answer your email complaint...once....and tell you they'll look in to the matter by consulting their "shipping partners" who possibly don't even exist, who knows? All I know is they apparently ripped me of to the tune of just over $30, but now I'm wiser, there is no such thing as a free lesson.

I think I got scammed. I placed an order in May and now it’s July and I never got it. Their customer service is of no help, they reply to my emails in a form letter that they send every month, it says the same thing every time. I wrote to them on Facebook and no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They won’t tell you where they are located, they won’t give a phone number to contact support, and they refuse to give me my money back.

Worst company ever!

Advertise shipping as a range of 5 to 14 days, Been 2 months and still not arrived. They blame customs but package arrived in the USA and cleared customs a month ago.

Product reviews are dishonest as you delete all bad reviews. I know because mine and 3 others I know that gave only 1 stars and are not included. They claim a 5 star rating yet Amazon and others show a 1.5 star rating which is 75% or reviewers giving a 1 star which is "Hate It" or "Terrible".

I wish there was a 0 stars option. I ordered almost 2 months ago and haven't received my package... I've emailed them many times and they haven't given me a straight answer about where my package is.
