System is Good, getting advice for overnight charging is important for the winter months to get most out of system which Tyler came back to see us about.

We are so pleased that we found TresEnergy. We have had solar panels for about 15 years but were not getting much benefit from them.
Tres installed a full batteriy system and we now get so much back from selling to the grid in addition to what we save by using our own generated power.

I was cold called by an agent of this company. They tried to tell me I had to have a solar panel energy review. I declined. The same agent phoned back immediately, I told him I was not interested. He phoned a 3rd time. This is harassment and for more vulnerable people a serious concern. I contacted the company to verify the validity of the call. They confirmed it was a call from TresEnergy and then proceeded to try to strong arm me into a solar panel review, still implying that this was in some way compulsory upon me. When pressed they couldn't bring themselves to admit there was no compulsion. I see many positive reviews for this company from satisfied customers, why tarnish their good reputation by using these inappropriate tactics and dishonest tactics?

Had trouble with my system when work was done on my roof and panels were removed by another company. My system wasn’t working at all, effectively I was left in limbo until I contacted tres energy who fixed everything and also provided a guard around the panels to stop pigeons getting under the panels. Everything now working perfectly.

The workers for tres energy and Mark were polite and efficient, and obviously knew what they are doing.

After having had poor experiences from two previous installations of thermodynamic hot water systems (poor workmanship and poor after-sales help when problems occurred) I was understandably sceptical when Davedass from Tres Energy said that he could probably help and recommended the Solar Assisted Heat Pump system. I am so very pleased that I took the time to listen to his reasoned and logical explanation as to why I should consider his product and was led to the point of making the decision for myself, without feeling browbeaten into making it.

The component parts are first class and solid and the installation was easy and straightforward and very neatly done, unlike the previous companies' efforts. 3.5 years later and everything has just worked as it should with no problems at all. What a revelation!

I have no hesitation in recommending Tres Energy and the SAHP hot water system.
