Ordered a pair of mallets last Thursday and still had no update whatsoever and have emailed them twice so have no idea where my shoes are
Update. Yeah no one from your company emailed me back until I gave you a 1 star review and then I got a refund. Funny how no one replies to my emails but then the minute I give a 1 star review I get a refund and reply. Awful store no one buy from here.

Avoid this shop like the plague
Ordered a needles jacket that stated in stock and ready to ship. 4 days later I get a refund and an email saying they never actually had it in stock and couldn’t get it (this seems like a common theme with this shop) They also stated my card hadn’t been charged, even though they just refunded the money back to my card. Joke of a company.

Customer service solves problems quickly, good after-sales service
This is the first time I bought a product from this store. Although I accidentally sent the wrong color, I received a reply soon after I mailed it to the customer service, and the problem was solved immediately, which surprised me! I think I will continue to buy from this store in the future ❤️
