Triad sold this pair of Paraboot Michael shoes on a much affordable cheaper price comparing with other agents in the UK or world countries, it's a pity that there is not much colour option to choose, Triad should endevour the maker to produce or Triad to take in a bit more stock, having said that, if this specific pony hair designed shoes maintain or lower their sale price, I think more customers will be happy to buy it! Cannot contact customer care at +44 (0)1642 254124. Try yourself before you place order. I guarantee you cant speak to a human. An automated voice will tell you that you are calling outside office hours.
Have not received order for almost 15 days. No reply to emails anymore.

Hi Victoria Nawrocka you ordered over a bank holiday in England as you are in the Scottish highlands maybe you weren't aware of that? customer services have sent you your tracking number there seems to be a delay on that one as we use royal mail in the Scottish highlands some of there post has been slowed a little due to they have been on one day strikes lately please email or call customer services for an update after the week end please as royal mail customer services are closed so we will not get a response With best wishes always

Disappointed with this company
Disappointed with this company. Ordered some Nikes a few days ago. There is a pending charge on my credit card but no sign of the goods being despatched. I have not received a reply to an earlier email - nobody to talk to just the option of leaving a message on the phone. I presume you haven’t got these in stock?
