AVOID ! Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Do not contact via form on the website as they will not respond. You can try email them directly but they will not sign off with who you are speaking to. Tried to call them to be told they will leave a note on the persons desk who is dealing with my query. Yet I cannot be told the name.
No response to emails, always have to send multiple messages.
Bought a pair of Vivienne Westwood earrings from Triads, they broke and was told to chase this up directly with Vivienne Westwood at London??
Confusing, slow, TERRIBLE customer service. Save yourself the hassle and purchase from other retailer

Hi not sure why you have not tracked your order? the order was for £125 not £150 so maybe you are referring to another company or order? it states on the tracking from the courier that the parcel was refused as the contact name was not recognised by the person in the house? the parcel has been returned to ourselves please conact tayla@triads.co.uk to get your parcel reshipped to yourself

Received ok but the packaging smelt musty like it had been previously stored somewhere damp. Item ok but it looked like a previous customer return and wasn’t really presented as I would expect.
