The representative supervisors that I took to understood what I was trying to explain about my electric with this renovation problem that we are going to be going through we will be out of our apartment for 3 to 4 weeks and I'm just trying to watch the amount of electricity that is used

I’ve had Trieagle for many years

I’ve had Trieagle for many years. They were the provider for a family home I inherited and I just left everything in place. Once I changed the name on the account, things have always run smoothly. My bills are usually pretty low and manageable.

Can't get rid of the weekly usage emails

Rates are fine, but I can't get rid of the weekly emails that tell me what my usage is each week.
I've tried a few times over the years to stop the weekly emails that tells me what I use. It's just myself - so no one else living in the house that would affect how much is used. I've called - they couldn't help me, and I can't find an unsubscribe button.

They are just another commodity provider - but they think I need to have this worthless piece of information each week.

I'm not rich, but I can live with it being a few dollars higher if I want the comfort.

As soon as I was connected to Lisset, she told me what happened with the first order being rejected and went through the entire process with me to have my order placed correctly. My service was on the very next minute

If I didn't have to put 1 star I…

If I didn't have to put 1 star I wouldn't have. I'm absolutely pissed. TriEagle has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I stayed on the phone for 2 hours trying to speak to a Supervisor. I was on hold for 30 minutes or more each of the 3 calls & no Supervisor was ever put on the phone. If you want high bills & below average customer service. Tri Eagle is your company
