Great Electrical Pricing and Sevice

I had signed up with this company for one year and due to their excellent pricing coupled with easy access to customer service I signed up for 3 more years. This company sends you weekly usage so you are in the know on what to expect on your upcoming invoice. I wholeheartedly recommend TriEagle Energy.

Horrible company

Horrible company. They overcharge me for bills for months and when I contacted them, they agreed that they overcharge me, but they wanted to give me on a 10% refund which I rejected. They sent my name to a collection agency stating that Inowe then $100 which I don’t owe them. I paid them their final bill in full . They are the ones who owe me for the overages they charged on my bills.

Just don’t do it

Just don’t do it. Very shady practices on pricing. Have to deal with a “virtual assistant “ first then eventually after you waste a lot of your time you will get a real person speaking in circles very quickly. You have to repeatedly ask them to slow down their speech then only to be spoken to as if you are a moron. When it’s the dialect in which they are speaking to quick which is making the conversation difficult not my lack of brain cells. Will switch carriers.

I honestly have never had an issue with TriEagle and trust them with my electric needs. They provide a great service and do so with class. Respectful, knowledgeable, friendly team of people ensuring their customers are well taken care of. Highly recommend TriEagle to friends and anybody that asks. 5 Star!
