Airport meet and greet…not an accurate description of their actual service.
Flight details were provided when i booked- flight landed, wwlked through to arrivals and no driver there waiting for me. Called firm, they said driver late because of traffic.WORST EXCUSE- THEIR JOB TO GET HERE ON TIME.
Had to wait an hour. Avoid TRIO CARS
Totally and utterly disgusted with service. The driver turned up late only after I called. He didnt pick us up from hotel. Instead we had to walk in the rain with luggage to another pick up point. Because of this we nearly missed our flight.
Turned up on time. Drove effectively right across London in rush hour, to get us to Heathrow on time. Excellent service. Good communication., - eg phoned the night before and phoned on arrival at pickup point.
I booked an airport trip on the phone for the following day with Trio cars. The man I spoke to asked for all my AMEX details for payment to then tell me they don't take AMEX and needed a different card so I paid by Mastercard. The driver was 10 minutes late the next day. When I arrived to my destination I had multiple messages from both my AMEX and Mastercard as someone has tried to pay on line with them, AMEX payment was £2600. I had to cancel both of the cards. I checked Trio's website and very clearly states they do not accept AMEX however I was asked all information about it and believe this man (company) was involved in the fraud attempt as I had not used the card since or recent past. I contacted Trio about it and told it has never happened before, they never offered to investigate who I spoke to the previous day. I let them now I was going to report to police to investigate.. Completely disgusted about it.
Dont rely on this company. Tried them twice and they messed up both times so i dont recommend to anyone. Once they were late more than 30 min so i ended up taking an uber instead and another time they cancelled last minute(an hour before meet up time).
I have to be sincere as In the past Triocars offered a good service with an outstanding value for money. Probably the cheapest transfers between Central London and the main airports. Although most recently the company turned into a disaster. A real disaster. They cancelled my booking and didn’t refund me despite many false promises. So please avoid them not to risk your transfer and your money too

Booked Taxi to and back from Heathrow Airport, called them a week before to confirm it has all been booked, they confirmed it, day before my flight called to saying they can't get me a driver to take me to the airport, made excuses to say why they can't do it, even though they confirmed it a week before, appalling service. Had the cheek to ask me if I still wanted them to pick me up on my return journey back from my holiday, must be having a laugh that I would trust these cowboys to bring me back from the airport on my return journey home, after their failure to keep their word in the first place. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
Although the driver was on time, he was extremely rude. He was literally 10 feet away from my home and got confused about the address, which was fine. But when he met me, he started yelling at the top of his voice and refused to calm down. Honestly I didn’t want to get on the cab with him, but that was my last resort.
Booked a cab with them days in advance of when I needed them. Needed to be driven to the airport at 4 in the morning. Skip to when I'm supposed to drive and no one shows up. I call them up and after explaining my situation, they tell me they'll call the driver to see where they're at. Around 5 minutes later they call me up and tell me that they cannot get into contact with the driver and that they're likely still sleeping, which all of their other drivers are likely also doing, so they wouldn't be able to get me a driver.
At least they refunded me, so I didn't lose money on it, which is why they aren't getting the lowest rating from me.
The worst possible service. they cancelled our reservation to the airport 20 minutes before the pick up. No apologies or anything. Stay away
Driver 335 was very friendly and professional, it was certainly not awkward being around them. They even came 30 minutes earlier than they were supposed to and were very helpful with the luggage. Driving was smooth and we even early arrived at the airport.
I did not get to use the service due to Tier 4, but the customer service was great. Before booking I was in touch with them and they were very responsive, later on I had to cancel because of travel restrictions and the process and refund went so smoothly. I will definitely book again with them once we can travel again.
I was expecting driver 2.30am from airport (i pre booked 7 days ago) and i had to call him 2.35 to ask where he is. He was asking who is it and what time I booked and he told me he is gonna be there 3.30... when I ask why there is one hour delay (he was shouting) "its not my fault call the company" and he hung up.
I booked an executive car for a trip to the airport and the night before I was anticipated to leave I was called at midnight, 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. when I was finally informed that they did not have an exec vehicle in place and would have to sub it out with no reduction in cost. I don't understand why this couldn't have been communicated earlier in the day or when the booking was made as I would have gone with another service. Additionally the driver wasn't wearing a mask for the 50 minute trip to the airport.

Oh my goodness. It was like a limousine service. JP was our driver who dropped us to Heathrow yesterday. His Mercedes was awesome, clean and had everything we would need. Even water and sweets a very nice touch. He was very polite and professional. Made us feel so special. The perfect end to our holiday. Will definitely tell our friends to use trio cars. Give JP a bonus :-) he’s flying the flag for trio cars.
