The driver was really good and professional.

We are happy to review our trip from Plaistow to Heathrow airport with JP (Driver #111) last Monday afternoon. The driver JP arrived early with the option for us to leave early. He waited patiently as we left at the stipulated time. The car was beautiful and luxurious, clean and comfortable. Our trip was very pleasant as JP is a knowledgeable and personable driver who was able to conduct conversation in an informing and polite manner. Once at the airport JP helped us get a luggage trolley, checked and returned to us an item that had been left behind in the car cabin. This showed initiative, helpfulness and honesty. Overall JP left us feeling privileged for having him as our taxi driver. JP is highly commended by both my husband and myself and as I told him at the end of the trip I’d love to use him as our taxi driver again should we be so lucky!

- Website certificate has expired i.e. dangerous to book online
- They haven't updated addresses database for years and as such all new buildings are not included
- Website gets stuck all the time, either in processing or other stages
- After you enter all your details including bank details and click submit the website ask you to create account and lose all the progress

- Telephone service is even worse. They are quoting 10% higher price in the hope you will say OK
- They don't ask your card details assuming you will pay in cash
- When asking to speak to a manager the reply no one is there
After such an experience I told them I am not interested and they replied "OK, bye".

I made a booking over telephone on 7th December 2019 from Hither Green Lane to Heathrow Terminal 2. The agent who took my call was very professional and the driver came on time. However today, I called to make another booking and a very disinterested and unprofessional agent answered me and told me I cannot make a booking over the phone.

I booked through minicabit as I wanted an exec car to the airport as part of a special occasion for a friend. 10 minutes before the car was due to arrive they cancelled citing bad traffic. Well guess what? Traffic in London is bad every day and you make contingency for it. I was then left without transport to the airport and could have missed my flight. I had to use UBER not an exec car but as I was let down by triocars what else could I do? I would avoid this company and never use their service again. I just hope I get the refund back.

Arrived on time for an airport pickup and the car was clean and well driven.

Don’t normally leave reviews, but I must shout about JP, driver #111. Our pick up from Stansted was seamless. He sent a personal message when we landed. Even when we were delayed due to our luggage going missing, he was understanding and patient. He kept in contact right up until we met. His timing was spot on. The car was immaculate. He helped with luggage and held our doors. He had water, sweets, mints, gum, tissues and every type of phone charger. He re-confirmed our destination and how long it would take. Even when other drivers were less than perfect, JP kept his cool, drove safe and was professional all the way. If you are lucky enough to get JP, you’re in for a smooth and comfortable trip.
