Paid for a one time fast track at Glasgow airport last week (£7) received confirmation of payment. Several days later they debit my account again for £79. On further investigation they have opted me in for a subscription which you are not made aware of at the time. When contacting them they feel justified with what they are doing and it appears this is a common trend. How can airports justify using companies like this in security controlled areas when they are a security concern themselves (very poor)
Update - I had been in communication with trip sorted prior to leaving this review, they were mainly just try to justify how they operate and expected me to accept an embarrassing goodwill offer. I am happy to sacrifice the money already taken as long as this raises awareness to others as unfortunately the next person affected may not be in a position to absorb these underhanded additional costs.

Complete scam website, I purchased two fast track tickets for Turin airport, input the time I was flying (it was within the two hours) they let me purchase it and then one hour later requested more information for me to access the ticket, why would a company take money and not give the product. I also was signed up unknowingly to a subscription, when I asked for a refund as I couldn’t use the ticket they never sent they said they couldn’t do so.
Whole thing is a scam can see online others been scammed also - don’t use!

SCAM!
My account was debited with €79 euros 3 days after booking fast track security for €6. I did not sign up for this and neither would I. Please refund with immediate effect.

After purchasing your airport fast track, you'll be charged a yearly subscription fee of £79. Unfortunately, myself and many others did not read the small print during our initial purchase and ended up paying for a subscription. I believe the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) should investigate this as it borders on a scam.

Scam Scam Scam!
Like everybody else here - I bought a €13 euro fast track in Brussels airport and was charged €79 on subscription - the small print is not visible and in italics at the end of emails. This is pure intentional fraud in my opinion

Fraud-scam! Be aware
I paid for fast track through leeds bradford website £10
Then i got message from my bank 3 days later someone tried to take £79 from my account luckily my bank flagged it as scam, how this company still operates when everyone have the same experience with them,

Scam website, they did provide the fast track I bought but I had to call them to do so, it took an hour, when you can buy it from the airport website and get it immediately. Then they tried to charge me £79 3 days later for no reason.
They may have information about their “subscription” on their website, but the fact is they prey on people who are in a rush and may or may not read the fine print. They certainly do not make it clear at the time that you are signing up for anything more than the one off payment

Warning – as the legitimate comments here on trip advisor mention, this is an absolute scam. I purchased what was advertised as a one-time airport fast lane access for €2. A few days later, my credit card was charged €79 for a subscription that I never gave my consent for.
The fast lane access itself was completely useless and did not provide any real benefit. The €2 payment appears to be only used to get your card details and then charge you later.
I have reported the company to my bank and the authorities. Be very careful and do not use this service.

I booked 2 fast track passes for Birmingham airport, I didn't complete all of the transaction because it looked like Birmingham airport don't allow fast track from Trip Sorted, so I thought I'd wasted £12 only to find that 3 days later they charged me £79 for a 3 month subscription I didn't ask for!!!! In the T&C's it states they give you a 3 day free subscription when you buy anything from them then charge £79 every 3 months if you don't cancel, so beware!!!! I never received an email saying I'd signed up or given account details so I only noticed on my credit card statement. A total fraud.

It's not a scam when you open the website it clearly states it's a subscription servicevat the top of the page. You get a three day free trial. I booked a security fast pass for £21 for 2 of us and I had the pass and it worked and I then just went on the website and unsubscribed so I wasn't charged the subscription fee after three days. People need to start reading things before you buy.

This website is a SCAM. I paid for a simple fast-track service for £8. Instead, I was anuto-enrolled into a subscription I never knowingly agreed to for £79 !

If there's a lower review than this I would have gone for it
This company is a huge SCAM. They charge for a fast track and although I made sure I get this specific service and not create an account, I found out 3 days later that they created an account for me and they charged me £79 a few times. Luckily one payment had gone through and the rest were blocked by my card. I have contacted the company to refund the first payment but they haven't responded. If they don't respond by Tuesday, I will raise a dispute and report their activities to Action Fraud.

This is a scam. Trip Sorted get you to tick an innocuous 'payment terms' tick box when paying for fast track and have hidden subscription detail within that tick box text. This is illegal. Subscriptions are bound to be clearly set out with free trial periods clearly highlighted before siging up. They make no mention of a subscription in the payment process when buying fast track and do not make any reference to a subscription in their payment confirmation email. The first time you will be alerted is when €79 is taken from your account and they do this after 3 days which is apparently the free trial period, although this is not stated anywhere. BEWARE !! How ever many times Trip Sorted say the terms are clearly laid out, they are not, and they know they are not.

Scam artists - charged an annual subscription without any notification and refused to refund when we spoke to them over the phone.

Update following the post below from the company…
I contacted the company to dispute the £79 charge, stating I did not knowingly consent to a subscription and that the charge was not clearly disclosed. I also received no confirmation of any subscription being set up.
The company did not address these concerns and instead offered partial refunds (20%, then rising 50%), which I declined. I reiterated that I require a full refund due to lack of informed consent.
They have not provided evidence of valid consent and have failed to resolve the issue. I have now ended correspondence and will proceed with a chargeback and formal complaints.

Unauthorised £79 charge they tried to take on top. Thankfully my bank alerted me. Scam. Avoid.

Absolute SCAM. I paid for one fastrack and then 3 days later they took 79€ without my consent. For what? I dont want their subscription. I did not ask for ut. I only wanted what I paid for. This is illegal practice. They will no doubt reply to me like all the other disingenuous replies saying they take feedback and transparency seriously. So, Trip sorted, if you do take it seriously REFUND my money.
It’s disgusting.

Absolute Scam.
You pay for 1 fast track access and then 3 days later they try and charge you £79.00 for a subscription which I did not sign up for.
My bank contacted me regarding a fraudulent £79,00 payment which was rejected by my bank.
For all of you out there do not use this scamming company .
