Link wouldn't work for me to input flight details so couldn't use

Scam. I bought a single fast track in Stansted, due to train delays on the way to the airport. I did not knowingly agree to any subscription. As with many other commenters here, they attempted to charge me £79, which my bank thankfully blocked as it was suspicious. They should be shut down.

They are a bunch of scammers. You buy a 6 euro ticket and they silenty charge you a subscription and they don't have good customer service.

What a scam. £79 every 3 months... just wanted to book fast track airport services. Rubbish

very misleading subscription when booking airport fastpass nowhere could i see there was an automatic subscription when buying until i got an alert from my bank stating £79 service which would be every 90 days deduction

Like many others I also paid £12 for fast track at Stansted Airport and 3 days later my Bank contacted me to say £79 was requested by this company and they believed it to be fraud/scam and luckily I was able to refuse payment.

I could not put in flight info had to purchase more than one fast track will need a refund

A total scam. They automatically sign you up for a subscription service that you will not need and charge £79. I tried to amend this afterwards and they refused. Be warned

I thought I was booking directly with the airport fast track. I did not put in my flight details as it would not let me, neither did I agree to them taking off £79.00.
They have taken off £9.00 for one fast track never used and £79.00. Beware. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Subscription trap! AVOID THIS
I searched for a fast track pass at my airport and clicked their result, which appeared at the top by bidding on the airport's own keywords. I thought I was booking a one-time pass. I was not. I unknowingly signed up for a recurring subscription I never wanted.
CS cited a free trial period I didn't even know existed. The sign-up flow is deliberately misleading.

Scam scam scam, DO NOT USE!
Did a one time purchase of £24 and then got charged 3 days later for £79.
Spoke with customer care, don’t think there was much care involved. They wouldn’t refund me the amount and basically didn’t care.
I have no idea how these people are still in business. If you are going to sign up someone to a subscription. You need to make it EXTRA clear that you are going to do so. Not surprise us with it.
Nothing indicated to me that I was signing up for a subscription. You can clearly see from all people’s reviews that we were all scammed with the same thing unfortunately.
Again do not use, people like this need to go out of business. You couldn’t just settle for the money I had given you initially, you had to go steal some more, then throw your terms and conditions on me.
Horrible, where are these people’s conscious? The company needs to get blacklisted.

A pure scam!!
I purchased fast track for £11 per person, then three days later I was charged £79. Apparently, when you purchase something from them, you get a 3-day free trial—but a trial of what? I can’t get to the bottom of it!
Super scam avoid!! And as you can see from other reviews, they only say “thanks for the feedback” but don’t give money back. Super scam!! They should be banned.

If I could, I would give a negative score. An absolute scam. I paid for fast track through airport security (£6), and three days later they took £79 - for nothing.

Be Careful what you sign up to.
I used this company for Fast Track at Budapest as it was really busy. Unbeknown to me and like many users, it is not clear you are signing up to a subscription model. Yes they will argue it's in the small print but it's a shady way to operate. An email confirmation would be nice to explain I had to cancel the 3 day free trail. You have to scroll a long way down the initial fast track search before it mentions the fee. Luckily for me my bank stopped the transaction.

Beware this company is a scam!! I paid for a £10 airport fast track and then noticed a £79 charge a few days later, that I never approved or knew about.
Called the company and they gave me some rubbish about a "subscription service" that I had signed up to and a disclaimer on their website.
As with other reviews below, this is a Scam. This company needs reporting and investigating.
My bank are refunding the amount.
