Purchased flights, didnt receive any receipts of transactions or payments. Received an email saying flights are on hold and further information is required to complete the booking while any price differences between now and then will need to be paid, as well as saying there was no baggage included when at the time of purchase it said baggage was included. This is super illegal and the whole business model is designed to trip people up. Check other people's 1 star reviews for similar experiences! Not worth it, just fork out a little bit more and go with a legit agency for the peace of mind. Be weary of the influx of positive reviews coming recently as they are potentially paid and fake

They have scammed me $698 for nothing. I didn’t book any flights with them or anything…nothing at all yet I woke the next morning to money deducted from my account from them. They haven’t replied to any of my emails or calls, so now we are on the way to their office and pursuing legal action.

I can’t stress this enough. They are a scam and please no one book with them! It’s hell.

Buggy website and worried I have been scammed. Have not received an E-ticket after paying $2500... Very concerning...

I made a booking few hours ago, the payments is showing in my bank transactions but I have not received any confirmation email or a booking number yet. I try to call but the phone number takes you to a recording informing you that the number es not set up to receive calls. can some one help? is this Tripomate.com a scam?

I can't express clearly enough: DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I booked a international flight with this platform including checked baggage (I have screenshots and booking confirmations to show it!) Before sending my tickets, an agent insisted I pay for the checked baggage despite me providing evidence in the form of screenshots and confirmations that it had already been paid for - however they would not budge and offered me two possibilities - cancel and refund the money (but the price of flights had since changed drastically everywhere else) or pay an additional $225 in baggage fees (which I had already paid once!)

I had little other options, so I paid the fees for a second time and expected this was the end of it.

However, when my tickets did show up a day later, they had booked me onto completely different flights than those included in my booking (again I have confirmation of the original flights in screenshots and emails). The incorrectly booked flights involved more than 24 hour layovers and would get me to my final destination a day later than I had planned - missing the event I was traveling to attend!

Communication is terrible, littered with mistakes, typos and language errors.

Please, please do not use this platform.

Ive paid 3000 nzd in a ticket to Brazil and got it cancelled, since then i have tried to contact them and couldnt through email or phones, i dont know what to do but im gonna make them accountable.

Your are a big scammers ever, I just waste my time and I lost all my money, everyone just DON'T trust this people.

Oh wow! I read through all the reviews and thank you for warning us about this site. I almost booked a flight with them today. I tried to contact them several times to check my itinerary and all calls went through the voice machine. I was suspicious about this site as they offered almost 50% discount compared to the official airline. Judging by how they reply to their customer's reviews UNPROFESSIONALLY, it doesn't look like they are a well-established travel provider. The address they used was also a residential address which is another big red flag.

This is the biggest scam ever!! I tried to book a ticket of $4300. It asked for credit card details which I completed using my sister's card (with permission) and then was asked some verification info which I did not have and needed to get from her. I did not complete the purchase and closed the app. I got a message from them to say I need to call Tripomate, but as I work offshore I couldn't. They said the booking would be cancelled even tho I did not receive a booking confirmation email or even a ticket, and would be charged a cancelation fee.
This is a scam and they do not issue receipts or tickets.
I have handed the matter over to NZ police fraud and they are dealing with it now.

This is what they deducted from me. No receipt or answer when asking for it.

I will cancel the previous transaction and release the funds.
Cancelation fee of $250
Taxes on booking : $348
Refund charges : $50
Expedited Payment processing :$50 ( so funds are available within 24 hours to you )
Total of $698 will be deducted and funds shall be released.

Do not deal with them, they won't do their job and book tickets instead they will just fraudulently charge you a "service fee". They did absolutely nothing and charged me $35 USD - complete scam!

I tried three different times to book with Tripomate and every time I tried they couldn't deliver the tickets that were offered on Skyscanner. On my third attempt they hit me with a $35USD service fee - which is only mentioned once you make the transaction.

I have since got in touch with Skyscanner and hope to resolve the issue there as any contact I have had from Tripomate they are refusing to return the service fee. I am amazed a company this dishonest is allowed to operate, they are stealing money and not providing any service.

This is a 100% scam!I will contact NZ Police!!
Order number 8360. I booked a ticket for this Friday on Monday, but it is already Wednesday and I have not received the e-tickets!

I didn't even want to give them one star. They are an absolute scam! Too bad I didn't realize it until I hit pay. I have gotten most of my money back but I want it all. I have contacted NZ Police, UA and multiple other government agencies to help remove this vile company. If you are in New Zealand and they've scammed you start making reports with everyone let's get the shutdown and locked up!

Tripomate is a fraud company my ticket is canceled by tripomate and they refund is reflect 8-12 week but refund is not received.And do received my call any customer agent.this is a fraud lair cheater company.

Thieves (it is just a website / no real offices, no correct phone numbers , virtual address , nothing real it is just a scam) they stole my money. I booked a ticket for 2 adults on December 2019 (1064 $), i didn't receive my e-ticket on my email even after 24 hours, i just received a payment confirmation email.
I contacted them regarding refund and cancellation , they replied that within 45 days the amount is returned and after reaching 45 days, we didn't receive any cent as a refund till now - they are cheaters and they will not give you a ticket and nothing, liars and fraud company.
Do not book any ticket through them you will be scammed.

book a flight and recieve a message for payment confirmation without itenerary.phone them up and ask when can we recieve the itenerary.told us it should be sent after 30mins.no itenerary recieve that night.next morning receive an email that the booking was cancelled due to circumstances of corana virus.ask the airlines if that was true and answered that the flight still going.

The site for the monument They took the money and did not give me the ticket and during the contact with them they reply that within 45 days the amount is returned and after reaching 45 days they reply that the transaction exceeded 45 days and you did not continue to do so they could not answer - the important thing is forfeiture and swindlers and cheaters and they will not give you a ticket and nothing liar and fraud

this is the worst company that i know, i brought online ticket and the cancelled because they think it was a fraud, after that i brought a ticket with another company, but now Tripomate is charging me for that ticket that they cancelled. I made a dispute thru my bank account because the phone number that they give as a contact support nobody answer, i use the email and the chat to try to contact with them and nobody answer. very upset with this company, i don't recommend to even look online for prices. terrible!!!!!!!!!

I booked a ticket for me on October (1105$) i didn't receive my ticket on my email or reply from my eamil..😈😈 really TRIPOMATE liar ,liar, liars, scam..fraud websit ,l still emailing tripmate for 2 weeks later I still didn't receive my refund..

They are a legitimate company. I just got a ticket from them. But they need to improve a lot in their delivery time and customer service. I see many bad reviews here but thought I will share mine to help the company as I did get my ticket but with a hassle of course ! I found them to be responsive on support at tripomate.com.

No waorry about fraud, it is a real company. I bought a ticket, good discunt, but they are too bad in resppnding the email and sending the e-ticket, and basically the phone number is nothing more than an answering machine.
