Disorganised, Scary threatening

Everything was disorganized.
I booked for 3 persons and 6 checkin luggages.
Just a day before,
I realised i was booked in a different small car- Dzire rather than a proper car. I was told thats a norm , which i totally disagree for a relaxed 10 day holiday. Its ok for 3 persons without luggages. After 3 hours argument, i was asked for extra 12000 for Innova or similar. I agreed, but even after payment, i was given smaller version of similar Ertiga ( 1.5cc small leg space, small boot space compared to proper Innova- 2.5 cc big leg and boot space.) . Boot is already filled with gas and driver luggage. And we have to squeeze ours tight.
1st Day- Delhi
No body came to meet in the airport except driver with No English what soever.
I asked for 5 star triple occupancy but booked 3 to 4 star with matrtress.
What's in the itinerary is different from what the driver showed - miscommunication
Meant to have a guide, but he got a row with driver and runaway. No alternate provided. So decided to go ourselves to Redfort. Then no plan.
Spoke with Akansha, was asked to go for cafe and relax for the day. We meant to see Delhi on Day 1 and half of 2nd day before heading to Jaipur. After argument, took us to Akshardham temple. Fine.
Then, knowing that the Lotus temple is closing or closed, drove all the way for 45 minutes, and returned with another 45 minutes wasted. If someone would have directed to Qutub minar, or Connaught place, we could have seen rather wasting the rest of the day in traffic and in hotel.
End of the day, more discussion and finally agreed to change to English speaking Driver.
2nd Day Delhi., Got a old grumpy man.
Rushed to Qutub minar and Lotus temple.
Driver said, he is only for Parking to parking, and doesn't drop us near the entrance, where the parking spot is way far from the entrance.
On the way, long discussion with Akansha and was directed to Sajan. No change whatsoever and i was dumped by both with no Tripoto team to look after. Then Sandeep took over. I thought Akansha handed over to Sandeep, and in the impression that he is with Tripoto. I only realised 2 days ago, that he is one of the Trippy team. So Tripoto left us in the middle of the road with ground support.
Reached Jaipur. Hotel was booked outside the city. Overall took 8 hours from Delhi with no major traffic.
Next day, meant to have a guide from morning. Nothing organised. Driver refused to go near the Amber fort and elephant ride. Have to force him and got a guide and finally saw the rest.
Hotel room was horrible with dirty toilet and shower.
I meant to get a payment link for 30% on arrival, but no body followed it up until 3rd day by Sandeep- Trippy team. He asked me to pay by cash/ UPI/ paytm, when we were on siteseeing. Constant annoying text messages .
Then after explaining, finally i got a Tripoto link for 30%. He was only interested in payment rather Ground team services.
Then to pushkar- reasonably ok resort but with dirty toilets too.
Then, instead of normal road, he took the far worst indian village road with no human movement or vehicle traffic in the mud road to Jodhpur- 100 to 120 kms with no phone access. scary felt we were kidnapped.

In jodhpur- all went well, except the bed issue. Got a mattress for a 3rd person. Have to sleep on the floor with ants and cockroach on 1st day. Have to use my reward card to room upgrade, and got a roll away bed. Still hotel staffs were very good.
Have to warn heavily not to go through village roads to udaipur.
Evening dropped in the dark to walk around the lake. Got really scared in the dark in a new place. When asked, the driver went wild and started shouting in hindi. Ground team was helpless.
So, I have to get a cab to go to the hotel.
Hotel- same story. That room is only meant for 2 persons due to fire and safety issues, but booked for 3 persons with a mattress., which makes sense in the small room, but refused to change the room also. Have to sleep on the floor. Hotel team came at 1130 pm to arrange the mattress. Reception lady was very rude when we asked for bed or room change.
Trippy holiday team Sandeep started intimidating and threatening us to pay the rest. He said, he will stop the service if i do not pay at 12 midnight.
Anyway, i paid in full to avoid harassment and peace of mind.
Driver called me at 11 am, that he is waiting outside. I was told guide is outside the hotel, but not., waited for 1 hour. He left after showing only 1 place.
In Delhi, Hotel was booked in a filthy very unsafe place in Old Delhi, where everyone scared to go. Atleast the room was nice, but very scary to enter the street. Even the driver was scared to go through that street.
Finally, one last good day i got a proper driver.
End, more argudays than a holiday.

I go on a holiday twice a year in the last 10 yrs, and never experienced this kind of scariest thing and unpleasant experience.

This is one Bas***d b**ch company ever came across. . . In the itenery they mentioned 3 star resorts, they asked us to give 50% amount . . . I paid that as well a way before my travel plan. . They told they will also do bus bookings with their vendor. . N took 8000 extra from us. N booked very cheap quality buses damits rascals. . Eated all my money. . .
After that till the last day before travel they haven't booked a single room
Once we started forcing where is booking details they started booking Oyo rooms which is 600rps worth. . They are fooling with the people money. . scondrals u will pay for ur karma

Later if we ask about this no answer no reply. Not receiving our calls. . Rajiv Vivek n pragati are most undeserving creatures as human courtesy also they don't have. . I will write it and give u . u never grow.

Give my money back u rascals. . .
Guys please don't go with the ratings which was written by their own people. . It's just a fraud n fake company

Generate very bad queries

Generate worst queries. I saw their content on Facebook which inspired me to work with them and generate some good leads for my business but 75% of the leads will never pick up the phone and rest just want to inquire about the visa who wants to get settled in USA or Canada or some other countries - legally or illegally. They are just good at taking money and giving nothing properly gift wrapped. They say we will exchange the query if not connected or switched off or something. Handed over report for all queries but nothing came from their end and now even i am not forcing them because I know they gonna give another empty box in replace of that.

Bad service

Always have problem while accessing the website. When I booked a hotel in Kolkata. Always some issue, server down. Recommend not to use it.
