Maybe they are over the hump...

Having read all the bad reviews (after ordering!) I was apprehensive to say the least! I ordered a new bike & cycling shorts on the 29th, 10 working days later my order arrived :) Great condition and fitted perfectly. Thank you

Very poor service

Very poor service. Ordered a Zipp rear wheel in July, and the following morning tried to buy a front wheel which showed out of stock, so that gave me confidence that items were being updated. Bought tyres and a rotor elsewhere ready for the delivery, and also then ordered a pair of Fizik shoes (25th July). The wheel cancelled, and still not heard anything re the shoes. Very, very, poor.

Appalling service

Took my money £3800 3 weeks ago and told today that bike is no longer available.
No communication until receiving the cancellation email today.
Had already spent £120 on spares for this.
Shocking service, don't waste your time with them.

Extremely poor

Extremely poor. Ordered hundreds of pounds of kit after 2 weeks of them keeping my money the order is out of stock. Unable to contact their customer services. I understand they are working in difficult circumstances which is why I was willing to wait 2 weeks on dispatch but every other bike retailer are able to work as normal. Don't waste your time, buy kit elsewhere.

I ordered £355 worth of items and…

I ordered £355 worth of items and received an email two weeks later to say most of the stuff I ordered was out of stock.

I just hope the other order I made doesn't go the same way.

I tried to reach the staff on the phone with no response and a full mailbox.

Long delivery time, most items out of stock :(

I ordered 6 sale items online on 22 July. 9 August I get an email saying order has been dispatched and then get another email saying 4 items out of stock. I went to the Yeovil branch on 28 July to purchase more cycle clothing. I saw several of the items I had ordered in the shop (same size as order) but couldn't collect them. Something is fundamentally wrong here!!

Terrible company

Terrible company, avoid at all costs!!
They do not respond to your emails, ignore the phone, and have left their mailbox full so you cannot leave them a message. Selling things to people that they know they don’t have in stock, and just take your money. They continue to make posts on Instagram, I even wrote them a message on there which they left on read and never responded. It’s been 3 weeks and still have not received product purchased. Will soon be reporting them for fraud with my bank.

Initial disappointment, but Jake came through in the end.

Placed web order last month for a bike and 6 days later they are saying its out of stock even though it was showing on there website and still is! I spoke to Jake who apologised to me saying our stock system in incorrect and they have sold many bikes over the last few months and only have 3 staff in mail order processing orders. He promised a callback which he did to check on the stock and offered me a different bike and I placed the order with him over the phone. A Haibike Trekking model. Unfortunately the company is understaffed but Jake was very good in sorting the problem and kept his word and called back. TRIUK you need more staff like Jake

First order and disappointed with the service. Bought some cycling shoes in the sales and it took them 2 weeks to contact me advise the item was out of stock. If I'd have known, I could have ordered a different pair. Reading the other reviews, it seems to be a common issue

Same issue as the previous reviewers before me/

Ordered a helmet and a pump that was shown in stock....1 month ago! (26 working days ago).

On their website and the email confirmation, it said they are having an issues due to COVID so delays with dispatch from 10-14 working days, can understand that but 26 working days now and no response despite constant emails to their sales team and when I rang their customer service number, you get an automated message saying they are too busy to answer.

Oh yeah and they took my money at the first chance they could.

So I'm left with money out of my account, no response from their customer service team and still no delivery and now seriously doubting it will ever turn up.

Disgraceful service

What an absolute waste of time this company are !

Advertising products that they don’t have in stock. Taking people’s money , holding on to it for 2~3 weeks and then refunding is the best case scenario.

Letting people take out credit agreements and not supplying the goods is worst.

Avoid these chumps like the plague.

A failing company trading whilst insolvent I bet

Ordered wheelset showing as in stock in fact once I paid went to 0 stock. My expereince same as others no news been 16 working days no nothing.
Have messaged them several times nothing back
Have phoned them to hear the mailbox is full.
Tweeted them still nothing.
Facebooked them nothing.

Will get Credit Card company to get refund.
Incredible to believe owned by Sports Direct.
This looks like a failing company or trading when insolvent going by the numerous reviews here.

They take the money with no intention of supplying Covid 19 isn't an excuse for bike shops you were allowed to trade....

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY DESERVE TO GO TITS UP.

used them 3 times - before covid as well as during , each time i have waited about 2-3 weeks just to be told items are not in stock
if you have got weeks to waste waiting for items that they havent got then go for it . personally i won't be bothering to try again

Same issues as everyone else. I can forgive the accidental stock miscount but the fact that they took no action to their website whilst still taking people's money is incredibly poor practice. Great way to ruin your reputation - stay away.

Not sure why I'm bothering even writing…

Not sure why I'm bothering even writing this as it's just same s#*t different reviewer. I can forgive the online stock issues and can even forgive them taking payment for the items ordered. But 14 days to let me know they don't have the items and upto another 7 to get my refund seems excessive, even with staffing issues. Shame really because they seem to have a great range of lovely pictures. Just not the items in the lovely pictures.

Disgraceful!

I ordered a new bike helmet, was told I’d have to wait 10-14 days for the item to be dispensed, only to get an email at the end of that period stating they didn’t have the stock. They still took my money!.... I can see this is a continuous loop for a lot of potential customers and they’ve done absolute nothing to stop this from happening. AVOID LIKE CORONA!!!

Ordered and paid for product online 2 weeks ago. Was in stock at time, been waiting patiently, chased today to be told the product is no longer in stock and that a refund will take upto 7 days ! If i hadn't of contacted them they would have just sat on my money. Terrible customer service and will not use again !

There is no bike

As with most recent reviews I ordered a bike in the sale and then over a week later got the dreaded email saying they didn't have the stock. You would think that given how long it would appear that they have been having these issues that they would've sorted out their systems by now? Customer service is poor to no existent you can never get through on the phone. Perhaps sending a voucher or some form of compensation would go someway to restoring some customer confidence. I actually sold my old bike and purchased new pedals and bottle cages for my new Cervelo that never materialized, so all in all was extremely disapointed.
