The take the buylists cards and don't pay you for them. I've been waiting 3 months for payment and nothing but excuses. Robbery and scam artist.

It's been over a month now and still have not been paid. I've been reaching out and all I get is the same reply. If your company can't afford to pay customers you should not false advertise. People trust that when you say something, that you should follow through with it. You expect for customers to send in their cards before you pay them, but yet when you get it you can't even follow through with what you say. In other words, we as customers, SHOULD NOT trust you. People need to know that they are taking a risk when dealing with troll and toad. Because it's not like you can contact them or talk to someone, it's pretty much if they don't want to pay you or deal with you they just won't. And most people don't want to take them to court because taking them to court takes time and money and it's a hassle to have to do all of that when it shouldn't have to go that far. I just recommend you guys start actually working and paying people for taking their items. otherwise, people have the right to know that they are at risk of not getting paid if they deal with troll and toad.

Excellent communication fast turn around & even an early delivery

Troll and Toad often sends me "played" or even damaged cards when I purchase what they list as "NM". It's very rare I actually get a card that is in NM condition, and it's very frustrating.

Horrible! All around! Horrible customer service and they damage your cards, and then instead of paying you they claim "our company is undergoing major changes sorry for the delay"! Are you serious? Just release my funds so I be done with your company and never do business with you again! CCGCASTLE is the company to deal with not troll and toad! I have not had 1 issue with CCGCASTLE!!

Cards arrived in the condition as stated however the communication, particularly around tracking was TERRIBLE I sent multiple emails and got generic replies that didn't answer my questions and couldn't track my package at all. It might be fine for domestic buyers but I would be very hesitant to recommend for international.

I received assistance for a previous issue and it was taken care. I was given a coupon code that work. So I feel a little slighted.

The cards arrived on time for a good price. They were slightly bent but not to bad and no more than to be expected from being shipped through the post office. But they were all in good condition otherwise not a scratch on them.

I have used them for years. Last two orders have been shipped terribly resulting in extremely scratched cards that were bent. Never again will they get a dollar out of me.
