This company is unreliable and deliberately lie about their tours.

We booked dogsledding with Best Arctic. The day before our trip they cancelled the tour, telling us it was due to poor snow conditions. We were incredibly disappointed but understood there was nothing we could do about it. The next day we were near the centre (we were staying nearby) and we saw a dogsledding tour going out. Turns out they had completely lied to us. They had double booked and instead of telling us the truth and apologising, they made up a lie, clearly worried that we might ask for some sort of compensation or something.
Then to add insult to injury, when they refunded the price of the tour there was £10 missing as a result of changing exchange rates. I asked them to make up the difference but they refused!

Very poor treatment of customers. They could have easily offered some money off vouchers or something as compensation to make up for the lost money and the spoiled holiday. Clearly they think I'm unlikely to offer repeat business and so don't care at all.

My husband and I went on a minibus northern lights safari in Tromso with our driver Fritz and our guide Gustavo. I can’t recommend them enough!! Both were truly experts and managed to hunt down for us the most amazing Aurora show. As I recently survived cancer seeing the northern lights was a bucket list dream that meant a great lot to me. Gustavo and Fritz made this dream come true in the most spectacular way possible, under the most explosive dancing lights I could ever have imagined. I will never forget this mesmerising experience!!

Excursion to find the Northern Lights. Collected from the hotel. Warm and comfortable minibus. Our driver Trl was friendly and drove us safely through the dark along icy roads using his local knowledge to find the best places to stop. Our guide Ayala was very enthusiastic and friendly and wanted to see the lights as much as her guests. We were very lucky to see the Aurora throughout the evening in several locations. We received lots of photos of the displays from her the next morning which were fantastic. She really tried her hardest to ensure that her guests’ expectations were met. Would definitely recommend this company.
