amazing after-sales service

Unfortunately a tronsmart product no longer works.
I contacted after-sales services and they were exceptional.
As I didn't have the same headphones for immediate delivery, I suggested changing them to another product of equivalent value.
they accepted and sent it free of charge.
I am super satisfied with the equipment and after-sales services.

My Tronsmart T7 had stopped charging…

My Tronsmart T7 had stopped charging precisely on the anniversary of ordering it. When I first contacted the company they said it was out of warranty, but then I asked them whether or of courtesy they could reconsider and they did. Just sent me a replacement. I might have stressed the first unit a lot: I was using it in the car all the time in tropical climate.

Tronsmart Onyx Ace Bluetooth Earphones

I purchased Tronsmart Onyx Ace Bluetooth Earphones it was working perfect after 1 year the battery was not working as it used to the capacity droped to half. Since i had the extend warranty tronsmart official send me one new for free , after exchanging 56 emails and 3 months later !

Sucessful replacement of speaker

I had bought a Tronsmart bluetooth speaker and later found some functions were faulty. The company could only accept returns back to China. This presented a challenge getting the unit through customs, so after several exchanges Tronsmart sent me a replacement free of charge without needing the return. So overall I am very happy with my dealings with this company

Exceptional way of dealing with customers

Excellent Customer Service

My experience is that Tronsmart's long-term commitment to their products and customer support is exceptional - they replaced my speaker which was over 1-year-old to make sure we keep enjoying their product uninterrupted in the new circumstances.

I've bought a Tronsmart T2 PLUS in 2022 on Amazon to play music in our garden and the speaker was excellent. In July 2023, I decided to buy a second speaker of the same type through Amazon again, as the speakers can wirelessly link up and create bigger coverage in our garden.
To my disappointment, after receiving the second one, I realised that the Bluetooth firmware of the speaker must have been updated in the year past and the volume at which the speakers work is unbalanced when linked together (individually, each speaker worked perfectly as before).
I contacted Tronsmart and after being asked to email a short video clip of what the issue was, they confirmed that the issue was indeed in the firmware difference between the two systems (new one and the one I bought over a year ago)

- I expected a normal way to resolve the issue would have been to offer me a refund for my new speaker, as it does not match my expectations. This would have been fair, but would still leave me with the problem of playing music in my garden.
- What they've done instead: They replaced my OLD speaker (that was over 1 year old)

As a result, I have a great respect for the brand and do not hesitate to recommend them for both based on our experience.

I’m very disappointed with Tronsmart.

I’m very disappointed with Tronsmart.
I bought a speaker type “Tronsmart Force SoundPulse™ 40W Bluetooth 5.0 Speaker”.
After a few months (before 1 year) it stopped working.
And this is the second one I bought and both have exactly the same problem.
I’ve send them all the evidences (photos, videos, explanations,…) describing this problem.
They gave me a quick feedback, but unfortunately without any solution.
Online, it appears to be a common issue with Tronsmart.
So I must conclude that TRONSMART as bad quality equipment and bad aftersales service.
It’s a shame because the sound was good…

Don't Buy Tronsmart devices

I own 3x Tronsmart items. A Tronsmart Bang speaker, a pair of Bluetooth Tronsmart Spunky Buds and a pair of Tronsmart Apollo Q10 noise cancelling, Bluetooth headphones. All items are under 8 months old, bought Brand new from 'Banggood.com' and all still in very lightly used excellent/mint condition. I bought the Tronsmart Bang speaker first and thought it was good for the price paid (£90), so I bought the Tronsmart Spunky Buds (£58) a month later and bought the noise calling Tronsmart Apollo Q10 headphones (£79) at Xmas'22.

Now, at the end of Feb'23, the buds have only been used a few times and have broken down with the left hand (L/H) bud refusing to charge or respond in any way. The buds can't be reset and so now, the pair are rendered useless. Also the battery in the Tronsmart Bang speaker is holding very little charge after being recharged overnight with several 3A USB chargers. During it's lifetime, it's not been left on charge and has only been used once during a picnic last summer. Currently, the speaker lasts approx 30 mins of playback at normal room volume before the battery is exhausted. I am a Military Electronics Engineer with a Masters in Electronics and care, cherish and diligently look after my tech devices.

I contacted Tronsmart customer services regarding the buds and followed their recommendations to fix the L/H bud, but nothing would make the device respond. Tronsmart eventually made a recommendation to contact the retailer as it was their responsibility, but as everybody knows (as I now do), you may as well talk to a door frame than talk to Banggood Customer Services. When I told Tronsmart customer services that the device was bought from Banggood (all 3 devices were bought Brand new from Banggood), Tronsmart washed their hands of any responsibility stating that "Banggood is not our distributor".

Obviously Tronsmart is a very poor quality, cheap Chinese brand with a so-called customer service to match. The Tronsmart Spunky Buds are 7 months old and no longer work, the Tronsmart Bang speaker now works for approx 30 mins before closing down so, I have very little confidence that the Apollo Q10 ANC Bluetooth Headphones will be working by summer'23.

I feel let down and an idiot investing in this brand, I feel I've wasted a few hundred pounds on Tronsmart junk! I wouldn't touch the brand Tronsmart for anything in the future, their devices are obviously made with cheap, unreliable components, with cheap manufacturing processes whereby their products don't even last 6+ months. Tronsmart customer services just deflect any responsibility whereby the poor quality of their service matches the poor quality of their devices.

Save your money and save yourself from hassle and heartbreak, buy a more reputable brand with a proven track record. My experience just confirms all the other poor reviews across social media and the web about Tronsmart, I wish I had done a little more research before buying anything from this disgraceful company.

Tronsmart ???

I've had my Tronsmart Force Bluetooth speaker 2 years now. I've given 2 stars only because it has good sound with good bass; however, I've not used it that often. It wouldn't switch on, so I charged it; the red LED light began to flash rapidly with no Bluetooth LED. I tried a combination of buttons, and I did get the Bluetooth to work for a few seconds by pushing the power and play buttons together it also worked with power and mode buttons together and seemed to charge, but my speaker is no longer charging. Online, it appears to be a common issue with Tronsmart, which I can only put down to cheap materials or bad workmanship.

I got a gift of these eyes pods at work…

I got a gift of these eyes pods at work last month 8/14/2022 and already the left one doesn't work.. crazy because I was thinking about getting my kids some for Christmas but definitely won't do it. And I was loving these😩

Everyone should stay away

I cannot describe how disappointed I am. Got these expensive wireless earbuds from Tronsmart, and they have been nothing but a disaster. 9/10 times they can’t connect to my phone, which has zero problems connecting to any other brand of earbuds. Even if they, once in a blue moon, finally decide to connect, the sound is horrible. Sounds like someone is playing music from a radio through the speaker of a phone. Guess I’ll just have to save up again to buy from a brand that actually know what they’re doing.

Very bad quality

Very bad quality, the headphones broke within 2 months of use indoors, it literally broke to 2 pieces and they didn't want to send a replacement even!! they told it's not under warranty!!

Very bad quality bluetooth devices and awful customer service

3 years later and now they apologize without any compensation. Makes it even worse. Don't buy anything from Tronsmart. Believe me! Bought several bluetooth devices via Tronsmart Official Shop. All of them have horrible distortion and connection problems. Had to send a lot of video's to customer service to convince them of the bad quality. Finally could return 2 items, but had to pay 25 euro shipping costs. Refund was minimal because of extra costs. Customer service wants a lot of video and then they still don't believe your complaints. I will never buy anything here again.

Shame on Tronsmart...

I purchased a speaker from Tronsmart Official Shop on AliExpress in November, 2020. They delivered a faulty one. Several messages - no answer. I opened a dispute on AliExpress, immediately arrived a request from the shop to close it, and the shop promised they would have solved, settled my issue.
I closed the official dispute, then sent several message to the shop in which asking their feedback concerning return delivery. They accepted to bear the return cost, gave to me an address, everything seemed settled.
Meantime I ordered a new speaker, paid for it, as they can not send me (that was their instruction) a new item as a return (only refund). They confirmed my order, but were asking me to extend the processing time. I did it.
Several weeks passed finally it turned out they did not transfer the refund for the agreed return cost, and they did not send a new speaker. I was pushing them to fulfill our agreement, no answer, no success. At last they blocked my account so I can not get in contact with them any more.

Do not trust Tronsmart Official Shop on AliExpress! Do not believe their promises. Not a single word. Shame on Tronsmart for working with this shop. As an "official shop".
