Product took forever to be delivered and when it was the courier left the item in plan view from the street and out in the open.
It rained shortly after the delivery and th package got wet. Thankfully no damage inside but the lazy sods only had to lift the thing onto a veranda not 3 meters away and it would have been under cover. Have messaged Bluetti with no response. Haven’t tried the power bank yet but I expect it will work as it should.
Bluetti didn’t deliver the item but the buck stops with them.
Not happy.

The elite300 is a powerhouse portable power station, perfect for us in van life. Better, if we end up selling or upgrading our van, the machine is transferable to the new van.

Was unsure of the delivery process so contacted Bluetooth support who quickly helped me out. As for the Elite300 and Charger1 what a great bit of gear, the quality, compactness and useability cannot be beaten I highly recommend Bluetti and their products.

The blue AC 200 max and the B300k integrate well with the Charger 2 and make my mountain bike recharging and van life wonderful when on the road.

Incredible bit of kit

Excellent products. I have the Elite 300 and once I used it I bought the ACL200 because of it's size and expandability. Both units have performed exceptionally well. I then purchased a B300k when on special. Excellent size for my use.

We bought our Bluetti Apex 300, from Jaycar. They gave us extra warranty. Now to research which solar panels to use.

Awesome! Compact product for the features. We have stopped fitting out our trucks with built in setups and are installing the Elite 200 v2 instead. It's perfect for running fridges, charging batteries and running any power tools up to 10 amps. Product generally turns up in a day or two which is great and install is 5 mins. No more lengthy installs.

Just purchased the v200 usually use it for fridge in pack of the 4by. We ended of have a power cut so just brought the bluetti in and ran lights cook top tv all at the same time. It’s just like having a portable back up battery.

After watching and using a BLUETTI in camp for the past 2 years, have purchased my own for my Bush Hunting Camp. Will be used for 5 months of the year and expect to cover all my power needs during that time with solar backup to keep charged….Compact and solid product…

Did exactly as promised excellent product. Very good price looked at another brand that was $100 more expensive glad i went with Bluetti.

I can’t wait to put the Bluette to work as soon as I receive the 100 V2.

I have been using the 200 max for a few years now. I had 1 problem with the charging brick which Bluetti replaced promptly. The 200 is still going great but I have now ordered the 300 Elite for the larger capacity and it is a better fit for my motor home which doesn't have an inverter.

The bluetti 300 does everything you need for camping. Will never have to worry about a flat battery again with the charger 2 combo....

Would like to see an Anderson plug option for solar panels.
Had to get an auto electrician to adapt for me.
Overall terrific little power option for camping.

Not happy at all!! Products are great but don't get caught like we did. We purchased a AC240P power station on the 29th September last year. We purchased it as we were sold on the expandability and planned to buy the expansion batteries as our needs grew and budget allowed. At the beginning of February I started looking for our first but found the recommended B210P batteries hard to find with most stockists listing them as "temporarily out of stock" so thought I would give it a couple of weeks and try again.
Started looking again at the end of Feb but found the same thing. So I contacted Bluetti's customer service to see when they would be available again only to be advised that they had been discontinued. I responded by letting them know how extremely disappointed I was that only 4 months after purchase of the power station, the expansion batteries were discontinued! Long before the warranty expires for the unit. And that there was I no indication at the time of purchase that this was happening. So I asked the next reasonable question which of their other batteries was a suitable substitute? Their response was to say we understand your disappointment as we had just purchased the unit BUT there is no substitute or adaptable battery! They recommended as a last resort that I try their Australian stockist to see if anyone might still have one in stock. I tried to order 5 times some would not process all the way through and two the orders were paid for and confirmed only to be cancelled a few days later, then I had to wait for a refund. All advised the batteries were "temporarily out of stock". I called the last supplier and told them that Bluetti had informed me they were no longer being made, they were surprised by this information, so it appears some Bluetti stockist are not aware they are no longer being made either! I contacted Bluetti customer support again outlining my struggle to find even one battery let alone have the option to expand our power station the way we planned, and requested they locate a battery for us, or provide a refund/replacement unit that could be expanded. And received this inadequate response.
"At this stage, the original expansion battery compatible with the AC240P has been sold out and is no longer available.
We currently do not have a replacement expansion battery that is fully compatible with this model.
We understand this may be disappointing, and we appreciate your understanding."
No offer of any resolution to this issue just the brush off.
All their current advertising for the AC240P power station still have reference to the expandability and list the B210P batteries for this, no where have I found any reference to the fact you cant get the batteries!!
Pretty poor conduct from an international company to make a product sell it promising expandability then stop making the batteries!! But not just that, they offer no other battery in their entire range that is suitable or adaptable.
When you pay the dollars they charge you expect to be able to use their product for the purpose advertised at the very least while it is still under warranty.
My next step is to contact the ACCC and other consumer advocacy groups in Australia.
Don't throw your money away check very carefully before you commit to purchasing Bluetti products.

Far exceeded my expectations. Extremely fast charge off solar panels and great overall capacity. Ran a fridge/freezer for a week with minimal loss of power overnight and super quick recharge off solar panels during the day. Excellent products allround.

Great product. The Bluetti 400 powered my campervan and all outside electricals without faulting. Charging was fast and seemless
