If I could i would give zero stars.

I ordered a washing machine 1 month ago. Still didn't get it delivered.

Extremely bad experience. We were treated so badly by the manger of the store who refused to exchange or return or refund a faulty item bought just simply because we didn’t have the box, despite us having the receipt with us. The staff member who originally dealt with us acknowledged the product was faulty and agreed to exchange it for another item or a credit voucher which we can use at any time to buy something else from their store. We visited the store twice and every time we went there we were made to wait for hours to deal with the issue and finally when they agreed to exchange or refund us the manager came out and refused to do so. He also refused to put this is writing as we know his actions were completely against the consumer law and he was so rude and completely refused to listen to us or his own colleagues in the store. He is an arrogant man who does not care about the reputation of the company.

Bought tv , at home we see it’s not a smart tv, was not clear. Next day we want to return and change it but they don’t take it back!! Bad service!

Utterly disgusted with this company. I purchased an electric bike back in March for 800 euros. The battery on the bike developed issues, bike was repaired and returned to me 1 month later. Same issue occurred 1 day later. I asked for a refund and was told no, that I could only do so if repair too longer than 60 days. I asked for them to organise to collect the bike and was told no. Bike returned to shop, 1 more month to fix it. 4 days later the same fault. Again I asked for a refund. Trony said no. They now claim that they now a reseller, that the dealt with the bike manufacturer as a favour and that they dont need to help me despite their website clearly calling out their legal obligations. I will be taking legal action.

Hello everyone! Sorry I don’t speak good Italian yet.
I have ordered a washing machine online from Trony.
It arrived a month later.. damaged on the side and the front too.. than when I opened the instructions I discovered it’s E category not the A+++ what I have ordered… so they sent me the wrong one, it’s looks exactly the same tho just cheaper.
I’m trying to have a solution from them already 6 working days since the product arrive. And I still don’t know what is going on..Nobody responding phone calls and nobody takes me serious. So I’m not recommending to anyone! Especially if you don’t speak Italian, it makes it more difficult. Plus I can’t wash my clothes in my own house since January.. rediciolus.
