We have used CLA Energy Services for two years now, to oversee the electricity supply to our small farm business.
The last electricity supplier we had a contract with unfortunately kept billing us incorrectly, and their customer service was non-existent. But Aaron Lee at CLA Energy Services was tireless in chasing the supplier on our behalf to try to get the corrections made.
Utilising Aaron through CLA reduced my time spent on this matter, when I really couldn't dedicate the resources required to try to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

From the beginning Heidi was very helpful and informative and nothing I asked was too much trouble, I signed with troo because they got me the best rates but also I know if I have a problem Heidi is just a phone call away so I don’t have to deal with the electricity company direct, overall very happy.

Matthew O’Neil of CLA Energy Services was persistent and communicative in helping us sort out smart meter readings and invoicing problems which took a few months to resolve.
