Cancelling my annual subscription. The app just stopped working and there is absolutely no back up!!

Just had a message to ask for more details (no communication method supplied) - the reply today is from 22 November last year 2022 - 5 months. I do not recommend Truecaller!!!

Warning do not install this app its contains viruses!!! Luckily I have virus protection on my mobile which warned me in time... Recommend everyone to have it... If you have it, restart the phone and you'll see. (Software from China)

If we are not taking premium this fraud company himself create a complaint

I have been using this app for years it blocks scammers,and unwanted calls and messages best app ever highly recommended

Why don't you do anything about spam callers that get blocked or attend to our complains about blocked spam callers

Fantastic AP. Sorts out the nuisance calls, makes your life easier.

Scammers - Their premium subscribtion keeps showing me ads, i have to open the app everytime and click on premium and it says move subscribtion from another number!
They cant make the app work proberly if you have two sim card and their support team is useless and they did not offer any compensation for having this issue and bug for the past 150 days!
And also did not fix it too.

They Take your mobile contact info and message info and that not safe for me

Gave it a try...it can place a french number in France and a german number in Germany. Wow, I could do that without software... it identifies nix nada noppes.

I installed & paid $26.90 fo a years subscription, figuring what do I have to loose, ir says cancel at anytime. After 3 days and just as many spam calls and texts, I canceled, figuring I'd get my money back, WRONG, it cancels at the end of the years subscription, I wasted my money. DO NOT PURCHASE

I signed up for the basic Trucaller package which, at first, seemed to be working great.
However, after a time I noticed that calls from the hospitals' mobiles were not always getting through to my number. They were being listed as 'likely business' sometimes and totally blocked more often. The medical staff were dead worried and called round at my supported accommodation flat late at night to check on me.
And that a caller I'd blocked was gutting through.
I think they're keen to move me from free Truecaller to Premium rate Truecaller.
I can't comment on Premium but if Basic is blocking important mobile calls to me from hospitals and I fed this back to them without response, then I did the right thing by uninstalling the app.

I have exactly the same problem as Brian (Oct 13th 2021) on my Wileyfox phone.
Can Truecaller please give an update as to whether they have solved Brian's problem and let me know what the solution is please.

We just downloaded this a couple of day ago and I hate it. It doesn't identify any callers. The only thing they say on some callers is that it's a likely sales call. They say who the phone provider is (who cares) and a city, state and they put an ad on the bottom. My other blocker tells you potential spam. I can't delete or send text messages now. My husband has tried to uninstall many different times with no avail. I'm ready to just throw out my phone.

This app has 4.4/5 on playstore with 16M reviews, it's even got the "editor's choice" stamp. What is going on with that Trustpilot?

Best phone app ever. All these bad reviews need to be taken down, all the reasons they're giving are false or because of stupidity.

I am NOT registered with them but Trucaller (India & Sweden) appeared on my Wilyfox phone call page and stops me making calls other than to my contacts. All attempts to remove it via their advice have not been successful. I have had to purchase a new phone to return to normal calling protocols.

Strange trend of, to me, really great companies getting bad reviews. Odd. Only have positive things to say!

I have tried for three months to remove this from my phone.
I never wanted it, hate it, and, have tried, many times to get it off my telephone.
Instructions from TRUE CALLER DO NOT REMOVE IT FOR MORE THAN A COUPLE OF DAYS!!!!!
If anyone knows how to get rid of this app., please do advise me.
We have had their instructions, they do not work.I am still stuck with this. It has illegally, completely blocked my telephone, I cannot get or make a call.
WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE????
When I bring up my telephone, all I have is a full screen of TRUE CALLER, and that is all, it DEMANDS
that I "CLICK HERE" to install. I was able to remove the App, and then go to their Website via email, and unsubscribe/delete it there as instructed by them, per email.
I am still locked. I see they are in India.........
Any help appreciated.Would I recommend, NO, never.
