I have finally found a whey protein that doesn’t make my stomach upset.
It tastes great, I am not overwhelmed by the taste of artificial sweeteners and the choice of flavours is great

I have tried many protein products over the years but since turning to True Protein for my protein powders and products i have never been more satisfied. The cost, the range and overall product is by far the best I have encountered. The great flavours and mixing, especially with water, is fantastic. No bloating ever. If you haven't tried it yet, do it. You won’t go back to your old powder. True!

Delivery was quick from True Protein, even got a free water bottle, which who doesn't love a new water bottle. I even bought the product for my mother after I used it. We loooove the scoops. What a great idea, who likes those terrible plastic ones. I use these scoops for everything. This is my new favorite product, more to order. Feels so fresh and clean, smooth, no clumps or terrible aftertaste.

Protein powder is delicious, a good size and love that is doesn’t have filler in the powder, it’s concentrated protein. Been taking it for several weeks now and have noticed the difference after my workouts.

I ordered the probiotic protein powder in French Vanilla and it did not have a Nice taste also made me feel nauseous, I also ordered the chocolate version that wasn’t too bad it tasted better but also made me feel nauseous.

At first I thought maybe the milk, even with lactose free milk I still felt sick :(

Seems like a good trustworthy brand, it was suggested to me by my Physio and also my functional medicine doctor. Their Whey protein powder definitely gives me acne but their plant one seems fine so i will buy the plant one moving forward. Im glad i was able to purchase samples and didnt have to buy a big batch of whey protein only to find out it affects my skin.

Two reasons why I'm giving this company 5 stars.

First I'll talk about the product. I have the most sensitive gut I know. After all the tests, long story short I'm basically intolerant to sugar and lactose - fun I know! Anyway, I also am an avid gym-goer and love working out. Prior to True Protein I was yet to find a protein powder that didn't make me sick. I tried, rice, pea, peanut, hemp, almond etc. All of them are full of gums and emulsifiers but also their core ingredients were causing me GI distress. Along comes True Protein - Natural Isolate (little to no lactose). No flavours, no add-in just the protein I need to build muscles. I can even do 2 scoops on heavy lifting days with water without that heavy bloated feeling straight after!

Here's where True Protein kicked it up a notch for me.
As above I've got a very dramatic stomach. In error I accidentally ordered 2 x vanilla instead of 2 x natural. If I consumed the vanilla, they would make me sick, not anything to do with the product, just my super sensitive gut. Anyway, I contacted True Protein and within an hour they had contacted me back to organise to get the parcel redirected back to their warehouse and once that was confirmed they sent me out two natural. This was phenomenal service. What I was expecting was, "Sorry, once it arrives, just send it back at your cost" - What I got was sensational friendly service, no additional cost to me even though it was my error and the time the natural flavour arrived, felt like there was zero delay. Can I also add too, they threw in 2 microfibre gym towels that are lux quality!!

I have found my protein and I have found the company I plan to buy from going forward.

I had an issue and the customer service was very responsive and they fixed everything. The products are great, I can't fault this company. Also delivery is super fast. New customer but will definitely be reordering.

Initially i was surprised by their wide range of protein powder flavours. Had to try the salted caramel which is amazing and so too is the trusty vanilla. I also find this protein to be very easy on digestion

Excellent products and just as excellent customer service. Over the years I’ve bought so much stuff from this company and everything tastes so good. Moreover, often I have reached out to their customer service about questions and the very occasional return - they are prompt, responsive and very accomodating. I highly recommend True Protein.

Even though I have sensitive stomach because of IBS and couldn't use the products they still had excellent customer service and gave me a full refund 🙏

The best protein powder to exist. High quality, great flavours, and doesn't have that gross protein after taste like some powders do. Iv'e never turned back since trying this brand.
