The product arrived speedily and in good condition. There is not excessive packaging. The trimmer is easy to assemble and quite poweful with a good balance.
The recoil assembly is a little quirky and has needed adjustment.
Otherwise, for the price a nice bit of kit. It's quite heavy and the shoulder strap has no quick release
