Love the design of this sensor light
I just needed a Sensor light to replace a bulky floodlight. I liked the clean design, straight lines, small box style which solved the bulky issue with the previous light. I haven’t yet put it up but it’s going up in a few days. It’s great looking and good quality. I bought a number of bulbs to use and it’s LED so will last a long time before the first bulb needs to be replaced. Great quality and a good looking product. Thank you.

Wrong product delivered
I ordered a chainsaw chain. They delivered a chainsaw bar. Totally different product. Promised to collect it and deliver the chain I ordered the following Tuesday. It didn't arrive til Thursday. Won't be ordering anything from them again.

Goods ordered needed to be returned as they were not what we expected, emailed company and was contacted very quickly as what to do with return !!! Excellent !!! 10 days later I’m still waiting on confirmation my item has been refunded , and emailed company again 7 days after returning goods and I’ve had no response to email

I am still awaiting my parcel !! You use Evri as carriers & they are totally useless, they never deliver on time,if at all. My parcel has been sitting at their hub since 10:12am on Thurs 31st Aug. So how can i review it ? ! Change your couriers & you will have a much better service.

The delivery company is letting you down.
You sent the part out very quickly but it has been sitting in the delivery company's warehouse since 23rd August and I cannot get to speak to a 'person' to chase up delivery. The delivery company is EVRI and they have badly let you down for a rapid delivery.

OK The spares I ordered arrived on time
The spares I ordered arrived on time, and were ok, but not particularly well wrapped, if the parcel had been dropped the parts would have been damaged.
The strimmer now runs.
