Ordered a seat cover which when it arrived was the wrong one. Contacted
Jason at Customer Service who apologised for the problem explained the process of returning the incorrect
item and sent the correct one immediately. He emailed me a QR code and told me the nearest place for a courier pick up.
New cover arrived today. Perfect. Very
impressed with Jason and company concerned.

Damaged goods, and damaged replacement.
Received a damaged garden bench, and had to wait 5 days for it to be collected. Finally received a replacement bench, which is damaged much worse than the previous item.
Both items arrived perfectly packaged, so clearly the items have not been damaged in transit.
Dealing with “customer service” is exceptionally slow and frustrating. I am expecting a full refund.

The items never delivered had to get…
The items never delivered had to get onto credit card company to stop payment. Stated 2/3 day delivery 10 days later no delivery or reply to further email. Read on line could be scam. Still no reply to email.

Over 2 weeks to deliver
Over 2 weeks to deliver. One promised delivery slot no show. Eventually delivered the next day after waiting in all evening the day before for a 18.00 to 20.00 delivery promise.

This is my 2nd cover for my 2-seater swing seat. Strong material and covers the swing perfectly. Has eyelets but does not come with rope to tie down cover.
