I’ve received a loungefly bag with them and it came quick and packaged well. I was super pleased.

I have an issue with their stock taking. A bag I wanted sold out within minutes. Understandable, it’s stunning. What I have issue with is joining a mailing list to find out when more become available but don’t receive the email when they restocked the website twice (that I know of)! I check the website constantly but it’s a game of chance as to whether I’m on it when the bag becomes available. This in itself is putting me off ordering from them again.

I found this company on-line just before Christmas . I ordered two pairs of pyjamas for my daughter before Christmas and a hoodie after Christmas. I didn’t review the company at the time but would have given 5 stars. I got free next day delivery and my daughter was happy with her pyjamas, especially the Back to the future ones, as we both have very good and nostalgic memories of the films. Yesterday my daughter said that after only one wash the back to the future bottoms had a hole. She contacted customer services and they were brilliant, they apologised , sent out a replacement, which arrived next day and did not want the old ones returned.
I really like the way this company trades and hope they don’t change. Things can go wrong with any products, but excellent customer service is the most important thing when it does .

Bought my fiancé The Mandalorian hoodie and Star Wars pizza cutter for our anniversary and he absolutely loved them. Both are of excellent quality. The hoodie is a great size and roomy to wear and the pizza cutter is a high quality with a sharp edge to cut through pizza properly. I also found both to be extremely good value for money. Only problem this time was no sweets in the box 🥺 Maybe that was just for Xmas though.

Great experience. Lots of lovely and unique things! Shipping was quick and the items are great quality, although some of the sizing is a bit big. Will definitely be shipping here again :)

I wish I'd found this website sooner!! I have quite a few friends who are difficult to buy for, Truffle Shuffle was a blessing over Christmas. Fab products which you wouldn't get on the high street, amazing service. A real gem!

Items are GREAT but sizing absolutely awful. Size 16-18 pj’s are really a 12-14 max which is really disappointing

Ordered different nostalgic/retro shirts and and loved them...

Great service - ordered some Christmas presents from here in November which arrived quickly, after they were opened on Christmas day we noticed one item had a chip in the paintwork. I contacted them via email and they were happy to send out a replacement item very quickly with no hassle.

Partner spent a lot of money for my Christmas and got me four pairs of pyjamas, one Aladdin pair where the worst quality item I’ve ever had, see through and tiny , held them up against pyjamas from the same company and they are different size somehow. I wouldn’t recommend as the quality is dreadful and certainly wasn’t cheap, shame as they have some really cool gifts

Not usually an online shopper but due to lockdown I discovered Truffle Shuffle on eBay to begin with, ordered mandalorian pyjamas for my son, Boba Fett pyjamas for my husband and several pairs of character socks, all arrived quickly and are really good quality, but this company really proved themselves when I went on to order a Beatles Yellow Submarine table lamp about a week before Christmas, sadly when I unpacked it I found it was damaged, had a small hole in it, I rang up immediately and to my surprise got straight through to a lovely lady who told me they had another in stock and she would send it out right away for next day delivery, fantastic customer service, no "you have to send back the damaged item first", no please take photos to show the damage" so impressed, and my husband was really chuffed with his yellow Submarine lamp. I will definitely back soon for some more brilliant character gifts! Can't recommend highly enough! Thank you Truffle Shuffle

I've made a few purchases over the years, I really love all their retro bags & clothing.
They stock some unique gifts too.
Only thing I would say is I think some items are over priced, I look out for sales.

I have bought lots of items from this website - for myself and as gifts. They have great retro stuff on there. Good for fans of 80s and 90s movies and tv shows. Some items a bit pricey though ! And quality of prints on t shirts / hoodies not always the best. Delivery is usually quick. Overall 👍🏼

I much prefer shopping with Truffleshuffle instead of ShopDisney for Disney merch.

I absolutely love truffle shuffle. I collect loungefly bags and they even went out of their way to personally message me on fb to give me a five minute warning that a bag I'd been enquiring about was about to go live. This is such incredible service in my opinion and I appreciated it so much. Shipping is always fast and well packaged to. One of my favourite online shops!

If you have any problems they are easy to contact.

Purchased a raglan baseball t-shirt, however rather than having a different fitting for men and women as these are being sold for both genders, it is one sizing fits all! Perhaps an understanding of how men and women's bodies are different would help! The t-shirt is far too long, poor fitting as baggy in all the wrong places. I like to wear my tops tucked into jeans or skirt however this is far too long!
