Bait and switch

They say you order is ready go to pick…

They say you order is ready go to pick it up and they say sorry where sold out. I love how my medical stuff are sold to the first person that shows up with money. Why have a online order system in the first place. I will never be back to this company. The drug dealers at least always had there $hit. I will never give trulieve my money again I would rather buy stuff from a random stranger on the street then ever go back to this crazy stupid place. I see now all you care about is money. Well I love my money more then you so Fu@k yourself.

If I could rate a "zero"

If I could rate your company a "zero", I certainly would. You have some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Walmart is better! Someone called me from your Largo location yesterday, told me that my delivery order came to them by mistake & that they would send it to the delivery office, (Hillsborough)
then I find out that you cancelled my order for NO REASON. I am writing your CEO, the Attorney General, & the BBB. You are messing with people's medicines! Is the job description incompetence, because this is like the 4th or 5th time I have had problems with LIElieve. I am going to the dispensary now & they are not going to like me by the time I leave!

their online ordering process is a joke. you order your products and the last three times i never got a text to say it was completed and ready for pickup. Every time i had to call in and was told your order is actually ready for pickup. i get there and I the clerk looks up why i never got a text and he stated it was because they were out of a couple of items I ordered. my reaction was it would of been nice to have been contacted instead of me waiting more than a half of a day and i imitated the customer service call. i then had to wait 30 minutes although i was in position 1. Numerous other people went in while i sat there.

the next two times i never got a text and once again had to call in and go through BS with customer service. i finally got fed up the third time and went to MUV where i have NEVER had an issue. Customer Service and product availability are never a problem. Trulieve definitely lost my business. MUV in apollo beach will always be my go to.

I stopped going to Trulieve the first…

I stopped going to Trulieve the first time because my supposed to be sealed flower containers were always open….
A new store opened & I thought I’d try again. I placed an order online & went to the store to pick up my “Express Order”. The online check-in was a joke. I was the only one waiting in the queue with an expected wait time of 18 minutes. After I waited & realized other people were going ahead of me I questioned my position in line. They informed me it was my fault because I didn’t check with the staff or Supervisor (they walked by me waiting patiently numerous times). So much for the email check-in!
This was not my first time at this store or using express order. I finally get to pick up my product & the price is higher than my online order. The supervisor can’t figure it out. I cancelled the products with the bogus pricing and finally got out of there for the last time.

There are plenty of other dispensaries to choose from with great service and product.

I very rarely write reviews and this is the first negative review I have been compelled to write.

id give this crap corp a - review the corporate management sucks leaving employees stuck waiting over an hour for an express pick up after receiving a email coz they cant text anymore order ready
boycott there are way too many dispensaries that provide awesome service and minimal to never a wait

POOR SERVICE

Ordered one specfic item shortly before the HBG store opened. Received a message stating "Order Is Being Processed". Since I'm almost 30 minutes away I left home anticipating picking up my goodie. Got there around 9:30. When I was called back to the pick up area I was informed that it was out of stock. All they did was try to sell me something else. VERY DISAPPOINTED .. I will never shop that location again, not reliable in supplying me my medicine.

been going to Trulieve for many yrs

been going to Trulieve for many yrs. So i have had multiple experiences with staff. I like going to trulieve on archer. Eli the budtender is just so nice to everybody. I have been on line at store and people come in and see Eli and say..yah Eli's here. Just like any other business, customer service can make your experience so much more enjoyable. thanks Eli

As much I enjoy Trulieve's products...

As much I enjoy Trulieve's products, unfortunately their customer service/ordering system is the only dispensery in town that is a complete disaster. The majority of my orders are either: not going through despite my submitted order being "successful", or not getting a confirmation email,or only getting the first confirmation and not the follow up email that the order is ready, or what you ordered is now out and you have to start your order all over again, etc. I really hope someone from Trulieve will read these reviews/complaints and take them seriously because I/others would like to make an order without leaving empty-handed &/or frustrated, and not wanting to return. Thank you.

Trulieve is awful, unhelpful and deceptive.

Trulieve Hollywood and Trulieve corporate are awful. I ordered 10 gummies at $15 each. I went to pick them up the next day, within the 24 hour window, and they tried to charge me $17.50 each. The staff at Trulieve said that since I didn't get my order by end of day that I couldn't get the sale price. Trulieve sent me a confirmation email the day I placed the order that the gummies were $25 each. I got the confirmation page from their website, a confirmation email and a confirmation text, none of which states that I have to pick up the order by end of day. I even placed a new order with discounted items and the confirmation page said nothing about picking up by end of day to get the sale price. I have ordered sale items regularly and picked them up the next day within the 24 hour window and have always gotten the sale price. I have been using Trulieve for over a year and have never been overcharged like this before. I called Trulieve customer service and they were as unhelpful as the staff at Trulieve Hollywood. Well, Trulieve is not the only dispensary in town.

This place is run wrong .The wait times…

This place is run wrong .The wait times are ridiculous and even when u place an order and it is ready they take other people that just walked in back first to get there order. It has happened more than 6 times that I have been there and I basically changed to another store name ..the trulieve I had my bead experiences with is the one on dunlawton port orange..and it would be nice to have staff especially girl at front desk not look and act like a zombie

God awful wait times

Not only was my order ready and packaged I got a phone call regarding this. I come down already waited 30 minutes (they told me 20) then proceeded to put me as a walk in and now telling me 30-40 more minutes. Maybe take care of your employees so there is more that 2 people working at any given time. Normally 1 person out back.

Absolutely awful wait times

Absolutely awful wait times, upwards of two hours! Constant tech outages, inconsistent pos systems that don’t work reliably, excessive promo messages that led to a lawsuit and now their express checkout system is completely broken. There is systematic mismanagement at this company and I will never go to another trulieve again.

I used to be a daily customer,I don't mind waiting a few minutes,but literally sitting for hour is unacceptable...even with express which is now not an option it's a shi* show.. I literally walked out today nov 12th 2023 after making a order .but the line was out door just to check in,so I went down st to cureleaf made an order before I got there which is a block away and my cigarette was still burning on concrete when I got out with my flower ., that's service...jungle boys and cure leaf customer service but trulieve to shame ..products are decent especially sale options
