GA , I am writing this review I used to love this dispensary it was go to dispensary But I don’t know what happened or who is managing this dispensary but I don’t think leaving people in the lobby and not having a greeter to acknowledge that your there is not right every other dispensary has a person greeting you also they have fantastic strains but they only send two or three trays for 300 or more patients I don’t get that . When you have a strain with high THC and terps send enough for everyone to enjoy . There are so many things I would change But one thing they can’t take away they have so many strains to chose from some better than others But I also go to jungle boys who have greeters and enough for all but way to far for me so for now Trullieve is my go to dispensary. One thing thumbs up for helping put recreational on the ballot this year . And I haven’t seen the girl who never smiles and when she is there I don’t like going in specially if she is serving me

Truleive Titusville, FL is the very best dispensary in our city. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, the product is high quality and the sales make it affordable. Tatiana, Craig, Austin, and Wyatt are all exceptional. I use my cannabis for control of pain in both my shoulders- torn rotator cuffs. I cannot take NSAIDS due to my kidneys, I do NOT take opiods. So for me this is a product that I truly need and use. I highly recommend this Truleive. I gave them 5 stars because they have earned it.

They gave me medication in someone else's name but it wasn't just 1 time, not always, my wife always checks the files and she was the one who told me go and return it, that's a problem if the police stop you with that, it's not yours, I went to return it and The SUPERVISOR: DRAD MAYNARD and BRADLEY SMITH did not want to change my medication and treated me with racism. He argued with me. He didn't believe me. Only 2 hours passed and he told me I have to check the cameras. Well, they don't work.
Great shop in Titusville
I’ve been going to Trulieve now for awhile and I find them to have good prices & deals. The express check is always quick & easy. The staff is always friendly. Tatiana & Wyatt are always ready to help you with all your needs & questions. This is a great shop!
Refused to deliver 7 days later no delivery
Description of complaint:
I ordered an delivery order for my medication. I ordered on 3/21 in the morning and was told it would be delivered Saturday 3-23-24. Saturday afternoon came and I called to ask about the delivery. Was put on hold and told they had an issue with the delivery center or some nonsense and it would be delivered the next day. Sunday came around and I again called them to find out where my delivery was. I was then told they do not deliver on Sunday or Monday, even though on Sunday i was told they would deliver Monday. Clearly just jerking me around. I spoke to a very condescending manager by the name of aria, who at first refused to give me her supervisors name. I asked for her direct supervisor multiple times before she finally told me the name of the manager. I was told he would call me back within the hour and of course not a word from him. Now keep in mind i have not received one phone call from them letting me know about the delays. The only correspondence with them was be waiting for 15 min multiple times to speak to someone. At this point on Tues 3-26-24 I spoke to a manager by the name of Lee who assured me it was going to be delivered and that her big bosses were already on it and would make sure to take care of me. I had told them 5x on their recorded calls, that will be pulled when i file further complaints with the state. In the meantime my Dr recommendation is set to expire on the 28th. How can a company that is responsible to provide my meds be so careless and unprofessional is beyond me. In the meantime it has been 7 DAYS since i originally ordered. Now again while writing this complaint I have been on hold 16 min so far and still no one is dealing with this problem. This is no acceptable and they need to be held accountable. I told Lee i was going to start filing formal complaints if they did not deliver and she told me if i was threatening them with actions they would hang up the call. Since all calls are recorded the state attorney will be notified too

Short short short. Last 3 times I was at least a gram short, I shouldn't have to do that 3 times in a row. Always out of advertised product seemingly before they open. Actual Product strength rarely equal or close to advertised percentage. Was good till the past 6 months and steadily going down hill. I rarely buy anything except trupods now and only if on sale.

After trying multiple dispensaries this is best
I have tried multiple different dispensaries but for the past 2 years and 2 months I've been loyal to Trulieve in Palm Beach Gardens and it's paid off. I've been given hundreds of dollars worth of free swag and everything is a great experience there. The customer service, the staff, the prices, the products, the variety, the potency, and the deals that are constant and diverse. I personally have tried it all but my usual weekly order consists of a minimum of 2 eights (Quarter Ounce) from Roll One for only $40!! Even though the flower is cheap it's quality isn't. THC has been between 25% to 30% and terps approx 3%
Trouble understanding the 35 day allocations
I had an issue interpreting the State’s calculations in regards to my monthly flower allocation amounts. I called customer service and I spoke with Asa at Trulieve’s Clearwater, FL call center. She explained everything so that I was able to easily understand how to navigate both systems. I didn’t feel rushed. Trulieve needs more employees like Asa!
False advertising and bad customer service
This company is so difficult to purchase from. I placed an order on Friday and received an email saying I'll be notified when the order is ready or if there's any issue. Waited 3 days with no update and finally called to check on the order on Monday. The fact you can't call the local store you're purchasing from is absolutely bonkers. I have to wait on hold with a call center for 20 minutes or more just to find the status of an order y'all forgot to update the customer on. When I would order delivery services for my sick elderly mother, they would take 3 weeks to deliver the order....? No updates about what's going on, just constantly calling the call center or chatline to find out "it's not ready yet." There's something wrong with this company.

Trulieve advertises next day delivery, but when I placed my order, I was told it would be 6 days for delivery. That's called false advertising. They did this during the holidays, but there aren't any now.

Poor customer service
Went to local dispensary to pick up my express order. Express orders were directed to sit in lobby while walk ins were directed to a line inside the pick up area. There were at least four of us waiting for express orders when we noticed that at least eight people that came in after me, were able to go in, place their order and leave, while we were all still waiting. Finally, an employee named Justin called one of the express order people, so I asked him why our orders were taking so long as compared to walk in people. He went off on me in front of all the customers, got very loud, with a big long explanation that he was trying to fit us in amongst all the walk ins and that they were very short handed. He kept calling me "love" which was also offensive. He said I was just going to have to be patient. I said I have been here almost an hour, and he corrected me that I was actually only there 47 minutes. One of the other express order people and I decided to go ahead and get in the walk in line because obviously that was faster. Justin came in and started giving the express guy in front of me a hard time because he had moved to the walk in line. We told him that it was faster. He then pulled the express guy to the express order room, and then told me and the rest of the express people to just get in the walk in line. He must have realized that whatever system he was using, wasn't working. After we were in line for probably another 10 minutes or so, Justin comes back in and starts giving me a hard time again, again referring to me as love, and the men in line as "boss." He was so wound up that the guy behind me told him to leave me alone and move along, that he made his point and he needed to stop giving me a hard time.
My complaint is, why would express orders take over 30 minutes longer than walk in orders, and why was this employee giving me a hard time just for speaking up? I wasn't disrespectful or loud or insulting. I realize it was a holiday, short handed, etc. You can't call it an "Express" pick up if it takes longer than someone who just walks in the door. I hope you can fix your system, but I am going to seriously consider going elsewhere. Well, here's an update. Went to place an online order for delivery and can't. Have been told there's issues with the website, but no idea when it might be fixed or if it will be fixed at all. I was told that I have to go to the physical store. As the nearest store (as I won't go to Zhills again), is 45 minutes away. I'm disabled, over 65, and we only have one car, which is with my husband at work. So, I have to wait until I get a ride, drive 45 minutes, and maybe I might be able to place an order. Guess I need to shop anyplace other than Trulieve.

Come on! After all these horrible experience and reviews you should all go to Surtera Wellness. Excellent Customer service, everyone smiles, great prices better than Trulieve. Did you know they even have a drive through! Excellent dispensary.

Long wait, inadequate parking
The wait is long and the parking is not adequate at the location used. Sometimes you may have a problem with the product but it's too inconvenient to return after the wait it took to receive. I never get a senior discount anymore on the affordable products, not do I accumulate any points. I stopped asking about it even though they advertise availability. Sometimes you do better getting your needs met with another source. It's too time consuming to shop at trulieve, online or walk in. They should try having customers to choose their pick up time like others do....jmo.
