"Something went Wrong" the Site

Don't do anything TOO QUICK on that site, it's too dumb for that. Seriously, I have yet to run into a worse coded site. "hey a bunch of people followed you..." Okay, let's return the favor... After 5 follow backs; "UM... crap something went wrong." "Something Went Wrong"

As others have posted, this is also an offensive site, not due to content but blatant LIE. "Truth Social", unless, you speak ill against a certain tribe... OR call into question why none of the campaign promises are kept.

THEN THERE IS THE SPAM BOTS. NOT SPAM BOTS as in posts, the posts seem legit. BUT HOLY COW, 99% of those that follow you are trying their hardest to get you to think they're totes real Elon or Trump Admin, or totes real "CONSERVATIVE HOT CHICK". Who get amazingly pushy when they can't message you or you don't respond to their messages.

The site, much like RUMBLE is a shitshow. Way behind the times in features, 1000x way more censorious than Twitter and Youtube, and crashes 1000x more than any social media platform I've tried. FACEBOOK is 100x more reliable than Truth, and that has 1000x the complexity of Truth. There's zero excuse. Like I knew going in it was a "CONSERVATIVE" Twitter, as one... but it's not. It's a circlejerk for Trump fans, whom I voted for, but god any slight critique of the man, well earned, and the site crashes, deletes your posts, etc. I have to assume there's some money laundering going on with that site, since how did that make Trump 1.2 BILLION? Where? Ain't in ads, since the Userbase isn't there, which those ads are great, they're a throwback to Nigerian Prince Email like scams. Surprised Banzai Buddy doesn't make an appearance on that site, it's purple, he'd fit right in.

The only redeeming quality to that site is, it looks pretty.

You preach.....

You preach freedom of speech then block it, you preach of holding people accountable yet fail to do so. It would appear the eagle does indeed require both wings of right and wrong to fly, even if that means shitting on those they swore an oath too protect and defend. Mark my words, some of us dont give a damn about your name, only right over wrong.

Truth Social? What a joke—in the worst possible way.

Truth Social? What a joke—in the worst possible way. If you think it’s some bullet-proof safe space for Republicans, that’s total nonsense.

I’m a die-hard MAGA fan, just wanted to hop on Trump’s platform, throw in some support from overseas. But after only five days, they shut me down. What did I do? I posted a simple picture and message in the morning, another at lunch, one more at the end of the day, and one before bed. That’s it. Maybe a little engagement with others here and there—but I avoid the news dump, it all just annoys me.

So I joined to show my support… and they’re like, “Nope, you’re not wanted.” And good luck ever getting help—there’s literally zero customer support. It’s a scam. No email, no hotline, no help whatsoever—just a maddening runaround.

Bottom line: Don’t bother. They don’t want your support, and they sure as hell don’t want to support you back.

Its very glitchy

Its very glitchy. Very slow. Shadow banning is prominent. Bots are prominent. And the ads are out of control invasive. Doesn't hold your place when scrolling back to look for a prior posts, it auto jumps to most recent. It was my only social media for a couple years. I expected it to get better over time, but it never did, so i'm done. That and Trump is israel first and not actually America First.

The people who work in the support…

The people who work in the support department at this company (Truth Social) have not the slightest trace of humanity in them. Totally uninterested in helping and repeating the same irrelevant sentence all the time, as if some robot is sitting there and answering. No signs of human attributes. I have never seen anything like this in all these years I have been in contact with the support department of various companies. They were so unprofessional that I decided to ignore it and move on to other serious media.

I recently gave Truth Social a shot

I recently gave Truth Social a shot, and I have to say, my experience wasn't great. At first, I was curious about checking it out, but what I found was pretty underwhelming.

The layout feels a bit clunky and not very user-friendly. I struggled to navigate through posts and found the entire experience to be slower than I expected. It didn't have the smooth, engaging vibe that you get with other social media platforms. Plus, there were quite a few bugs that made it frustrating to use.

Content-wise, I was hoping for a diverse array of discussions, but a lot of it felt repetitive and lacked depth. It was hard to find interesting conversations or new perspectives. Overall, it seemed like an echo chamber rather than a place to explore various viewpoints.

I really wanted to like Truth Social, but I came away feeling disappointed. There’s definitely room for improvement, and I hope they can address these issues moving forward. For now, I think I'll stick with the platforms that better meet my social media needs.
