Don't waste your time go to UserTesting. Got rejected for a test because the didnt like my frame of mind. Not my fault the website I was testing for sucked and was confusing to use.

I never received any payment. It was confirmed on their website that I would be paid, but then had to find out that paypal had an issue. After changing my paypal and asking to re-send the same payment as it was never processed(confirmed with paypal), one of the support guys said the payment was automated and could not be reverted, which is absolutely ridicoulous. After trying a couple of timea, decided to give up as that was the last decision. One big question raises, if a payment doesn't go through, isn't it easy to be verified and re-send the payment? Ridicolous

I agree with other reviews. All my work on iOS was rejected despite I am Gold on Usability on uTest and other sources, and doing testing on computer, I never was able to load a video. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

Wow just wow!!! I downloaded the install file yet nothing would run on my pc so I went to launch the test and of course the instructions file won't open either. I have tried several times to delete all files and uninstall but it won't let me, keeps saying program is running when I clearly ended all tasks on my pc!!! I called the live number of course it's busy and the chat bot is useless. I emailed them twice today with no response. Does anyone know how I can get their program off my pc as I do not trust this site whatsoever!! I wish I had seen these reviews before I bother with them, I always check everything out that I would consider using but all I seen was the company and site was legit so I proceeded. I am beyond frustrated and now I am going to have to contact all my banking accounts and have everything put on hold until I can get their crap off of my pc!!

You will put in all your effort try to do your best! They will take in your test and then reject it without any valid reason. Will never pay.

TrymyUI is literally the worst testing site. You are told to follow the directions exactly and when you do, they will always find some reason to not pay you and say you didn't do something. This is a SCAM! Stay far away from them.

Worst testing site. The past month they rejected most of my tests and I think the reason is they are still using the recordings without our knowledge and get paid for them. SCAM website. I stopped using it

Worst UserTesting experience. I have 4 accounts with other usertesting platforms and have never had a test rejected. Trymyui rejected all of my tests for obscure or false reasons. They are a rotten bunch.

Trust the negative reviews you see here. I've heen using TryMyUi for about a month now. I've had a total of 4 tests and 2 were rejected. I use many other testing sites and have never experienced this issue. Between those two rejected tests, I wasted (and my son because it asked for a child's participation) almost 2 hours of our time because they were ridiculously long tests for only 10 apiece.

Furthermore, I only receive one specific email multiple times a week saying in order to qualify, I need to have experienced cancer myself or have someone in my household who has. That is nowhere in my demographics. And I have never seen anything show up on my app.

Complete waste of time. And they most likely still got exactly what they wanted without having to reimburse me. (Buzzing sound in the background, not following tasks, issues with uploading, etc...there are a ton of reason they give). I'll stick with the many other sites that I am way more successful on.

Like so many other reviews here, I've had the same problem with tests being rejected only 10 minutes after I completed the upload. It's some generic email somehow that is sent saying things that are not true such as I'm jumping ahead in steps, I'm not doing the taaks that are asked, etc. Support is impossible to get in touch with. I feel like they are taking advantage of us and making an excuse not to pay for completed tests. Stay away from them and use a reputable company such as usertesting.com.

Uploaded twice, "failed to upload" although I have a fantastic connection. Customer service is appalling just like there site. 100% scam. Many people had same issue so it definitely not just me.

Unreliable, you will always experience some " technical" issues even when there are no problems in the audio you sent.

Waste of my time, they always have technical issues on their site (tasks don't upload etc) and say that is my fault, reject my tests and the reasons are ridiculous. I give my review, try to do my best, describing problems and issues and nothing.... I believe they just use our efforts for free. And btw, they almost always get enough responders just right after they send notification. It is really hard to work with them....

I have been a tester since July 2020. The website is not a scam and you get paid, however the test reviewer gives very bad ratings no matter what you do, and I have noticed they rejected many tests saying it didn’t upload successfully when I was able to see it in the system. The clients sometimes gives bad reviews which understood, however it doesn’t affect the payment but can lower your ratings and the bad reviewers aren’t any good too! Getting tests is rare and other users steal the test before you could get it after being notified.
The support for testers from the customer service is ZERO and they won’t reply, also I have been given one good and bad rating to the same test twice and that says a lot about their system!
You can get the same test you performed again so please do not take it and have your own integrity system since the guys behind the site don’t check!!
The platform itself is very outdated and you need to refresh constantly or you won’t get a test for weeks!
The website version of the test won’t let you pause! Imagine needing to use the washroom or answering an emergency? They don’t care! You cancel and someone else takes it no matter how far you are in the test.

What a waste of time! First you have to learn their testing workflow and interface of the app, which is dat more complicated than necessary in my opinion, compared to other testing platforms. After taking the application test I had to wait for more than 4 weeks untill it was reviewed! They rejected my test, because it didn't upload correctly or something like that... They blame my phone or the internet connection, but with other testing platforms I experienced no problems so far. I wouldn't be surprised if it is a scam, and they sell the application tests without paying the testers. I'm deleting the app and my account. There are a lot of other testing platforms you van choose, wich will pay you actual money for your hard work!

This is definitely a SCAM. They pay you for the first test and won't pay afterward after submitting the results. They make you work and refuse payment saying that your test was not done properly and the support is nonexistent and they never reply to emails or queries. Only use them if you want to conduct a test for free or if you are happy to be SCAMMED. Big time SCAMMERS.

Trymyui is a complete waste of time, have to sit and refresh every five minutes, no video on how to use the app version of the website, only getting $10 dollars for every test, some people want a lot done and we deserve more money.

I think the app is good so far but if I find anything bad about the app I will let you know as soon as possible.for now its decent
