Our Hero Peter (Peter Gabriel Ogalinola)

Peter (Peter Gabriel Ogalinola) is extremely professional and very patient with our onboarding requests.

This is the 9th store of mine onboarding with Otter, and also the most complicated one due to the menu setup, virtual brand configuration, menu saving requests, account issues, and Square integration challenges. During the meeting today, I was also interrupted several times by other phone calls.

Although this is my 9th time working with Otter to complete an onboarding, this is the first time I feel the need to leave a review. I have to say Peter is the best — he’s our hero. His dedication, technical expertise, and patience helped us successfully navigate a very complicated setup.

My issue wasn't fix but was because of…

My issue wasn't fix but was because of doordash nothing wrong with otters service or support just one thing. I was supposed to meet with somebody else and otter sent me emails about the meeting but somebody else called, in the beginning looks like a spam call and I had to ask for a formal meeting invitation, he did and everything was pretty smooth after that.
