Francis and Eden were the best and most patient explaining the process as well as how their system works. They verified all the info and menus were accurate which is very important starting out something new for staff. They went above and beyond to ensure the best experience, which was a lengthy process only due to signing up 5 locations at once. Amazing and had streamlined my orders to reduce mistakes or missed orders. Highly recommend

Has cost my restaurants thousands in lost sales and upset customers
I've been with trustpilot over a year now, because I have to be. It's one of the few platforms that offer the capablities for virtual brands. That being said, I've probably spent weeks of my life emailing customers service with integration issues that they can never solve, because each correspondance is with a new person offering the same boilerplate solutions that don't work. Recently, my uber eats was down for over 2 weeks. Cancelled orders, pissed off drivers, pissed off customers. Each time they just suggested republishing my menu. Didn't work. When they finally, after a dozen emails and 3 weeks, came up with an original idea to fix it they refused to credit me to 6 months of service (a drop in the bucket for them and nowhere close to the thousands I lost in sales), because they claim they can't credit me for "outages." OUTAGES? they didn't even review my case and gave me the finger, basically. failed technology on their end is not outages on my end. Everyone should be aware that you have a remotely capable POS system, they all sync with 3rd party delivery automaticall. There is no need to have Otter in your life as a middleman. It's an expensive extra headache, and as soon as I can find an alternative to them for my virtual band I will.
