Non existent customer service.
I have been trying to email, these bounce back saying address does not exist, I have sent private messsges, all are ignored.
I cannot find another way to contact this company.
Not trustworthy at all.
Avoid buying from this company

Absolutely amazing. Quality is great. Was a tiny bit fiddly to put up, but no real issue. Have been using for over a month now. Whole family loves it. Made a significant improvement in terms of my wife’s sinus issues and headaches. For the rest of us we are sleeping better and feel more relaxed. Really am surprised how much of a difference it has made. But very happy.

Quick delivery, they sent me some spare parts FOC when I broke a couple of them putting it up, great service if you ask me, the steam tent is very good, it gets very hot in there.

Absolutely excellent company. The sauna is superb. I received a chair and towel which I didn't expect. I put the sauna on the patio twice and two of the corners wore quickly, (this might have been due to the fact it was quite windy and this might have made them catch on the patio paving). If you are using it outside then it might be an idea to put a mat under it. I got in contact with Sudor and they sent me a replacement cover immediately. It arrived with three days. No questions, no quibbles and very easy to deal with. They don't have a phone number but email and FB messenger can get a response very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company and highly recommend them.

issue with the delivery because of the snow. it took me a while to raise a complaint. i was not informed of the delivery or given a tracking number. upon complaint of late delivery i was provided tracking number and located parcel at post office.

I have been really impressed with the entire experience with sudor. I was very late in ordering a gift for my wife at Christmas but they had it to me in two days which saved my skin over Christmas! Ordering from the website was quick and easy to navigate.
There was instant and clear comm7nicommunication from the company and tracking information and the item arrived promptly in good condition. The product itself was easy to assemble and is of really good quality and value for money. The addition of chair, towel etc was also really unexpected.
A great product from what I believe are a small company who are providing a level of product and service well in excess of many larger, more established businesses who do not have the same level of customer service. I would totally recommend this product and company

I purchased a Sudor Pro. The product was okay, I had some issues with some broken joiners. But thankfully I emailed the company and this was resolved quickly.

Sadly when trying to return the products under the 100 day money back guarantee, the customer service was a lot slower to reply. First I was offered a partial refund with the ability to keep the product. When I declined this, and sent a chaser Sudor replied only once I put a review on here. And in the same email asking me to take the review down as they are a small company.

They originally tried to get me to pay the postage. Until I reminded them with a chaser that they advertised it with return postage included.

They confirmed receipt of the products when I chased. And it still took a couple of days to then refund me.

So all in all, not a great experience. Especially for a small company, where they should be focusing on client experience.

In my opion avoid, if you want to try a sauna get one on amazon. So the refunds and customer service is good.

Great service and a great product. We absolutely love it a great stress relief at the end of a working day. Small fault with lid but once contacted Sudor they quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent. Highly recommend.

Awful service, they say on there website they ship out in 1-3 days on the product page but actually it’s now been more than three weeks and I still haven’t received the product, not happy at all

Epic, what a product. So glad I invested in the pro. I was on the fence but once I tried my first sauna I knew it was the right decision. Such a brill sauna experience - been having saunas/steams 3 times a week with ease. My kid loves it too! My wife and I fit in together - with someone sat. Thank you SUDOR

Great product

The concept is really good, however the steamer units are not fit for purpose and the lid cracks allowing the steam to escape rendering the sauna tent useless. Since purchase in November 23 I have had 1 defective steamer unit and 2 broken steamer lids. To be able to use the product again I will have to purchase a different steamer unit that will hopefully last longer than 4 cycles.

Have had a great experience ordering my first ever Sauna through Sudor. Arrived quickly to the U.K. and have been using it daily every since. Super easy set up. Looking forward to many more Sauna sessions..

Unreal product. Really practical! As someone who plays a fair bit of sport, trains often and values recovery, it’s extremely useful and convenient having one of these in my home! Before purchasing I wasn’t so sure if it would get hot enough but I was very wrong! 🥵 Couldn’t recommend enough

Sauna came in under 5 days & works exactly as expected. It's been a gamechanger for my home recovery after workouts!

Received my indoor sauna from Sudor, was very impressed immediately. Set it up and it was so good. Felt great after the first time and now I use it on a regular basis post work out and general relaxation. Highly recommend . No need to go to gym.. all in your own home

I reached out to Sudor last year to assist us in training for an ice swim. Soon enough we had two amazing saunas which were, and still are an integral part of our training and recovery.

Soon enough my dog took a liking to 2 of the components (twice) and chewed through them, leaving the saunas inoperable without new parts.

I reached out to Sudor, and they happily sent me replacement parts which arrived next day! Enabling me to go back to using it every day!

A few of the reviews allude to slow replies, I’d agree they’re not the fastest in replying to emails and DMs, but they will reply, they’re very helpful when they do.

What is going on with this company?? Purchased a Sauna 8days ago and have not received as much as a Tracking number. Ordered from them due to 5-6day delivery stated and now going to miss birthday it was purchased for. Have tried to contact "Nicola" three times since with no response. Extremely frustrating and disappointing!!!
