Tsg on 2 occasions were meant to do my whole house ,boilers radiators tank in loft and get rid of copper boiler both occasions they made excuses not to call back .I carried out my side of the works by putting everything in the middle of the rooms in my home I get a call saying its my hygiene standards having flies in my kitchen ,my doors have been open all summer due to the heat so of course flies will appear we have had sprays electric bats they made it sound like my home was filthy I've had other works done in the past very shabby jobs an I insited they get an inspector out in which they said they will call me no doubt I will get a letter from my council .this is a an insult my home I beautiful inside and clean having a son with disabilities you have to be I will take this further avoid this bunch of cowboys again all costs and If kneed be I will be taking this further

If you have an option, AVOID at all costs. This company is an absolute joke. I don't know how they still have council contracts. I think I have wasted more than half of my annual leave days sitting at home waiting on these people. Waitied for these people today got a txt saying he was 21 minutes away, 3 hours later call center lady told me the job is closed due to no access and was of no help at all. To the owner of this joke of a company dont reply telling me to contact your customer complaints department because they dont ever reply. Id rather you get up of your @** and either close down or fix it.

Where do I start. Absolutely useless. 3 afternoons taken off work and 1 whole Saturday, 8 weeks without a working boiler. It’s a job I can sort in about 30 minutes. But apparently I’m not allowed to do. I am able to pick the part up off the shelf on Monday and they won’t let me do it. So far the first engineer came out only had 1 of the 2 parts required, I gave him the part number, since then, 2 vans have broken down 🤣 and the other visit, they didn’t even arrive. Nothing but absolute lies from them. All I get on the phone is I’m sorry but I can’t tell you when it will be fixed 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Extremely unprofessional company who will get your money and promise guaranteed work but will stop answering your calls when they have been paid the money. Do not be fooled by their false promises.

Just rang TSG, been waiting 2 hours and 39 minutes it keeps saying that 'your call is still in the queue please continue to hold' it does not say what number you are in the queue.
In the past waited a long time on the phone only to be cut off and had to start all over. Appointments given in the afternoon only for the engineer to come in the morning.
In June last year had problems with the boiler, the water was so hot that I burned my hands a few times doing the dishes. Reported the problem to Tsg. The first engineer came and said that a part had to be replaced, Tsg sent 2 engineers after several weeks,
Guess what? they had the wrong parts so they could not fix the boiler. I have been left in the lurch. Had to ring Tsg as I did not hear from them. Another 2 engineers were sent, they cleaned the boiler, for a while it was ok then it started again. After 2 hours and 39 minutes I had enough and hung up. AVOID this company.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. Had 4 appointment for gas safety check on my boiler. First appointment I doesn’t 40 minutes on the phone to to tell them I would not be home until 2pm. I was told some one would call back within the hour and never heard a thing. Engineer turned up over an hour early, phoned me at work and said I was his last call and he would t be waiting. Second appointment I sent an email so it was clearly in writing I would not be home until 2pm. Engineer turned up again over an hour early. Third appointment was made, I spent 30 minutes on the phone to say I wouldn’t be home until 2pm to be told yes they know that it’s on the system. No body tuned up at all or bothered to call and say they wouldn’t be coming. Fourth appointment I was told they wouldn’t there until 2pm. At 3.30pm I had a call to say the engineer has gone home sick! This appointment was the last day that my safety check runs out so thanks for that. They have now booked for a Saturday between 8am and 1pm. We will see if anybody bothers this time round although after reading all the bad review I doubt they will!

TSG company is an absolute appalling service they have messed me about on numerous occasions when waiting for a radiator to be fitted and don’t even contact their clients to say they won’t be coming ! Due to their lack of communication,service and incompetence I have been left in financial hardship as have taken days off work on several occasions to be waiting for them and the don’t even turn up all they do is give lame excuses and are a failure to the public with what they are meant to be as a business and service

In the last two weeks, I been given an appointment for an engineer to attend between 1 and 5p.m., but they came in the morning instead, when I was not there; I have either taken time off work or asked my partner to be there for these appointments.
Getting through to them on the phone is a total nightmare, and when the customer services agent referred my partner (I cannot make long phone calls from work) to the repairs department, she gave up after 24 minutes. This happened three times in just over an hour .
On two occasions, they have referred her back to my housing association, at which point, the circular process starts again. The last time she called to ask why the engineer had come in the morning, instead of between the 1-5pm appointment given, she was told that I had to be home for the whole day, and that they didn't give time slots.

Where do I begin. Boilder shut down. No heating, no hot water. Reported problem on Wednesday evening. Was told I would have someone out within 24 hrs. Called 24hrs later after no contact. Was told too busy to come out but was not informed. I explained I work for the nhs and had to cancel a clinic for today. Was to a manager would call me back. No call. Called the ooh number again. Explained to the lady what happened. Said she can't do anything about day time workers. Again told her this was an evening workers. Was told someone should be out tomorrow. Explained that would be a total of 70 patients cancelled (and they wonder why we have a back log). No a good enough service for emergency call out. Can't bath my kids and have to take another day off work !.

Day 6 and still no engineer. Came out Friday ordered parts and told me he would be out Sunday. Sat in all day and again no engineer. Message to say one will be out tuesday even got a call to say he was running late and a text to say he was 14 mis away and did not turn up again Wednesday still no engineer . Absolute taking the p***. Kids and pets in the home. I no.longer have any words for this company
Absolutely the worst service possible
Absolutely the worst service possible, turned of heating to the living room over 3 months ago, still not fixed, an 83 year old man with a walking disability and COPD who has to spend all his time in the room, reliant on a 1 bar heater, and also to rub salt into the wounds, failed to turn up on 4 separate booked fixed appointments, currently awaiting the 5th what an absolute shower, will be sending a copy to the One show, companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate social housing contracts.

I do not know where to start with this review. To try and keep it simple I have been having issues with my boiler for several months now so many parts breaking and needing to be replaced. I have had appointments booked and no one turns up. I have been left without heating and hot water for weeks on and off. Umpteen appointments to fit new parts incorrect parts ordered etc etc today I contacted my housing association as the boiler was leaking again and smelled like rotten eggs so I was concerned about a gas leak, cadent came out and tested no gas leak but advised to get TSG out to test the boiler and find out why it was leaking. TSG came out about 6pm tested advised no leak and that a part would be ordered. As he messed about with the gas mains supply their was a smell of gas that he advised would disapate by opening windows etc. At 12pm I could still smell the gas so called cadent again who said I should not still be able to smell it so would send someone out in emergency. Cadent engineer turned up tested and said TSG had left my gas mains leaking and that it was shere luck it did not explode. To say I will be contacting TSG in the morning is an understatement

They continue to be abysmal! Their supervisor Jessica is the worst I’ve ever seen! Rude and gets absolutely NOTHING done! Still waiting for a gesture of good will for the absolute tar they put me through and are STILL putting me through because nothing was fixed correctly! I am just beyond irritated and wish they would close down entirely as a company. Will be putting them in the newspaper this week so people know not to go near them.

everytime something has gone wrong with my boiler they send either one of these 2 dudes who seem clueless and think they know-it-all all. They try diagnose the problem without even touching anything and 99% of the time they are wrong or they cannot fix the actual issue. I have now had nearly 1 week of no hot water or heating and they still cannot give me a time frame of when the boiler will be fixed.
I don't know why in hell large housing companies use these cowboy gas companies and their sole contractors..I can't think of any other reason other than they must be the cheapest going but these housing association don't know they are alienating their tenants by using these terrible companies..
TSG Gas services has to be hands down one of the worse companies I have ever had to deal with with people working for them with no compassion for disabled people that need hot water and hearing as an essential service.
