Extremely poor customer service
I bought 2 large shelving units. I have spent the last fifteen days trying to obtain a number of missing items that did not arrive with the delivery. I have emailed numerous times and sent a photograph of the parts that I did have so they can work out what is missing. Replies from the company are unhelpful and no updates are forthcoming. The instructions do not list smaller parts so I am unable to gauge what I need. When attempting to call the phone is never answered, I had emptied my garage in advance of the items arriving and my wife is extremely unhappy at the chaos with no end in sight. Customer service is poor.

Expensive for a single flimsy unit
Expensive for a single flimsy unit. I have chosen only the very lightest items to store on it. It’s my fault for mistakenly not buying the same model I previously purchased two of. They are robust, sturdy and similar in price.

New Racking & Storage Boxes
Order was made and dispatched in good time. However I ordered 12 boxes all arrived in 1 box. On opening I found that 3 boxes were damaged in transit. I took photos and sent an email to your customer service. I had a very quick response from Bethany . There was no quibble and 3 replacements were sent immediately. Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish - paid additional sum for next day delivery only to recieve part of the order next day - damaged. No tracking info and no ability to contact customer services.
Would love to return the full incompetent shipment - if it ever arrives and spend my money elsewhere.
