Very helpful staff at Tuin. I got in touch with the company several times with various queries over the course of a week or two and Trina answered them all promptly, even though I am not quite ready to place an order (waiting on builders to do other preparation work first). I shall definitely be going back to Tuin when I am ready to buy.

Good order and delivery processes
The order and delivery processes all went to plan and the friendly delivery guy put the cabin on our gravel drive in the best possible position.
Three queries were all answered appropriately, maybe felt a bit slow.
Cabin is half built as we speak, no issues yet, and fitting together well.

Do not use or buy Carefree paint
The shed I bought was good but the Carefree paint is useless, do not buy or use Carefree paint as it flakes off the timber shed.

Very sturdy wire mesh frames
Very sturdy wire mesh frames, which I’ve connected together to make my garden more secure for my cat. They were all of a consistent size and quality, I’d buy again if needed. Only the delivery let it down, I was given a three day timeframe rather than a specific time or even day, and I certainly needed to be in to accept them. Polite driver though.

Great customer service
My query about the price on an out of stock item was answered almost immediately, and all subsequent questions handled in a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient manner. Tuin agreed to hold the discount price on the item - a big cost saving for me. Ongoing communication has been excellent. Very impressed.

Bespoke log cabin
Very helpful staff and always try to get back in touch with you as soon as possible. I changed the internal layout which was very easy to do, so have to wait a little longer to get my bespoke log cabin delivered but all in all very happy so far.

Loved the metal cap and ball but unfortunately the bolt sent with it that secures the ball to the cap was too small and wouldn’t tighten.
Good delivery and good product, well packaged and reasonably priced just marred by the wrong sized bolt

Excellent customer service
We have had our cabin for many years now and it’s still as beautiful as it was the day we built it. My contact with the company today was to request a new door handle set as these over the years have started to show signs of age!. The phone call was answered swiftly and the lady I spoke to recommended I sent her a photo of what we wanted to replace, within a couple of hours I have been sent an email with a price which includes delivery which I am very happy with. I will be replying to her and placing the order. Thank you for your excellent customer service and support.
