From first contacting Tuin to ordering to delivery was first class cannot fault anything thank you very much 😊

Great garden building. Instructions could do with some minor improvements but otherwise very happy with my purchase. Took a couple of weekends to complete it working mostly on my own but it’s a big building at 6.8 metres by 4.5. We sit outside pretty much every evening now

Bought a log cabin from Tuin 3 years previously. Product and delivery excellent. It required new wood stain and preservative this year and again delivery and quality of the product was great. Highly recommend this company

Great bit of kit, solid, does everything it should and looks great. It did help that I had the help of a guy who has built one before. With the nature of wood some of the teasing into place was a bit more forceful than I may have used had he not been there, that said, that is what gives it it's strength.

I have upgraded my rating from a 2 star to a 4 star rating following very constructive conversations with the company. It would have been 5 star due to the excellent product but due to weaknesses and frustration with the instructions etc. I can't revert it to that.
The conversations I had involved the company listening to the points of frustration I had along with them acknowledging most of them and explaining what steps they are planning to eradicate or reduce the risk of future customers having similar frustrations. I was very impressed with the customer focussed approach taken in the discussions.

Title was - Product great - support shaky
This is a review of the support (instructions & customer support advisors) as opposed to the excellent product.
The instructions that come with the cabin are almost as useful as a chocolate teapot. The ever present customer service expertise that is promoted is pretty flaky with less than competent advice being given to the already sceptical tradesmen I employed to assemble my cabin.
The website is almost useless in trying to get answers to queries.
The actual product is fantastic ... a few design anomalies that need thought -
1. windows open but would be better if they could be fixed in the open state rather than flapping.
2. doors would be better if they could open fully as opposed to just being at 90 degrees

My tradesmen are super impressed with the actual cabin but very frustrated with the fob offs they have received when contacting support - They would recommend any additional elements (Insulation / flooring / etc.) be purchased separately. I'd purchased the kits BUT the correct elements had not been delivered and it took a while for the support team to validate accept our advice on what had been delivered and realise that it was incorrect.

Get some experienced and competent tradesmen and you'll get an excellent product put together. If they need to rely upon the instructions provided along with the poor website and customer service then it'll be a more painful experience.

What made our experience great - Elizabeth. Elizabeth was wonderful. We had some rot on our nearly 10 year old cabin and needed to order some logs. She kept us informed all the way and how long it would take (it was at least 8 weeks). But we had the package delivered safely and just waiting for our carpenter to raise the cabin from to replace these parts. Of course the rot is on the very bottom of the verandah!

Everything went so well from ordering and receiving my lovely garden room, it arrived on Tuesday and on your recommendation Warren built it for me on Friday. It’s beautiful, l would highly recommend you to anyone,My experience was one of the best!Thankyou!

Tins of wood stain were carefully packaged. Delivered very quickly. Very impressed.

Needed a new gazebo that would stand up to the elements after the last one blew down. Tuin had exactly what I was looking for at an absolutely bargain price. The only downside was the three week delivery date but I felt it was worth it to get what I wanted. Went ahead and ordered (with a choice of payment methods). The following day I got an email saying they had stock available in the UK and it would be with me within 4 days! Jackpot! Gazebo duly arrived at my not easily accessible property and the delivery guy was more than helpful. I had a joiner put it together for me, he said the quality was good and it was a very straightforward build (he brought extra timber in case it needed reinforcing due to my previous experience but it wasn’t needed) All he did extra were some heavy duty brackets to attach it to the decking. Overall I am delighted with my purchase and can again enjoy my hot tub in private!

First class service. Quality of gods was great and arrived within days of ordering.

My review is neither positive nor negative, because for some stupid reason I am being pestered for a review three weeks BEFORE the delivery of the goods I have ordered. I have absolutely no idea whether the product is any good or it isn't because I don't have it.

I have had my cabin for 10 years, absolutely brilliant, no rot, same shingles couldn’t recommend enough. I did stain with sadolin, to protect it. Customer service very helpful. My only gripe is that I have been trying to source additional logs since March (to increase the height), this has so far been a painful experience and I still haven’t managed to place an order.

It’s a fantastic cabin. We had a shed of similar size before but this is a different beast altogether. I say beast because the sheer weight and solid construction makes our old one look pretty feeble. If you’re halfways competent at DIY or building etc then you’ll master this with someone’s help (it’s definitely a two-man job) that’s why I got a carpenter mate to lead on the project while I did the labouring! It’s tough and rugged yet equally beautiful with my wife doing her thing to make it an outside home. With its double glazing and 40mm logs you barely hear rain or wind when you’re inside. We use it as a “she shed” but it would make a great home office for the right person. Ours has electric and could double up if we wanted it to. We’re so pleased with it and would highly recommend one to anyone who is on the fence about buying one.

Product is OK but, despite getting a phone call about delivery time, it was two days late. Not a big deal but I could have waited in.
